Enjoy the space of two floors (+ 3rd level sun deck) of tastefully appointed rooms - from the deck where you can soak up some sunshine to the four bedrooms complete with air-conditioners, two gourmet kitchens, laundry room, ample entertainment & dining rooms, BBQ area alongside the swimming pool. And the 3rd sun deck, to enjoy sun downers late afternoon and the endless views. 2 en-suite Master bedrooms, 1 double room, 1 twin room & for you children we have a dormatory that will speel 6 young people, complete with their own shoer room. In total the villa will sleep 14 comfortably The Villa is serviced 6 days of the week.

When we purchased the property, our children were small and the save area of the lagoon was our favourite spot for them to enjoy the beach and play in the shallow water, now being young adults, they love the endless outdoor activities and after dark entertainment the town has to offer with a very unique atmosphere during high season. Plettenberg Bay has something for every kind of traveller, and a bonus is the amazing weather all through the year. Right in the heart of the Cape Garden Route with Big 5 Game Reserves on your doorstep not to mention the 40+ wine estates that can be enjoyed on organised wine excursions or as we do it, on mountain bikes. During the Christmas season there are several Polo tournaments that provide entertainment for the whole family, Whales from May to October in the Bay, and the list goes on.......
Why they chose this property
Villa Rosso is very spacious, with everything you need to make your stay extremely comfortable. From September to July, we have a house keeper, Eunice, to look after our guests and make sure the Villa is always in tip-top condition . We have created several indoor and outdoor seating areas to make sure you have a change of scenery pending of the time of day. The villa is ideally situated near the water, town, and local restaurants.
What makes this property unique
Housekeeper 9-4pm Monday to Friday Few steps to be at the waterfront. Amazing views. Outstanding area for outdoor activities, fantastic restaurants and wineries. On-route to Cape Town or the Eastern Cape Game reserves, the area has so much to offer. Enjoy the swimming pool and BBQ area with dining table for 14, the ideal space for family evenings. Although the neighbourhood is rather safe, the property is secure with an alarm system and locked garage for a vehicle for your peace of mind.
