Maximum occupancy is 6 (4 sleeping guests + 2 visitors that are not spending the night) individuals that include the guests. If there is partying going on the property. Then you will be charged $300 extra or $75 per person with every is higher. Plus, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of your fees.
