Lovely apartment with an incredible view south over the river! Worth it just to see the city lights at night. A perfect location for all our needs. Walkable to downtown shopping and the sights.

The view was really nice. It was clean and had lots of space for 4 adults. Communication between us and the host was slow and a little confusing on how to get in to the suite as well as how and where to park. The tap in the ensuite was loose, one shelf in the fridge was cracked and the dishwasher didn’t work properly.

Unit was not cleaned properly and it was not fixed, had to deal with it which is not correct. Heating did not work properly even after the host unlocked the controls, regularly too cold throughout my week stay. Building has a low income component, drug paraphernalia, clothing and empty liquor bottles scattered throughout the stairwells and were left there for most of the week. Some dubious people traveling in the elevators. The price was reasonable for the proximity to downtown, unit was in good condition.

Very trendy property with awesome social amenities and great gym. Staff are very helpful and we didn’t have a single bad interaction with any people in the building. Location is great as it’s right downtown and the view was beautifully expansive, especially at nighttime as it’s a corner unit. The linens, towels, and cleaning supplies were easily accessible and fresh and ready to use. And my god the beds were comfy! Would definitely come again!
