Apartment in a fully renovated villa, on the edge of Montgo on the ground floor fully equipped for 6 or 7 people with children: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen) with a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the Pyrenees. Wonderful sunset over the bay of Roses. Privileged and quiet location, 3 km from the city center, in the most popular area of Escala, on a slope of the peninsula of Montgo. All comfort in the apartments, quality bedding.

Enclosed garden (lit) with many pleasures, trees and rock flowers. Stone pool (6m x 3,5m) on raised terrace, with sea view. Shared with owner if present. Walkway leading to the harbor near the house by the top of cliffs. Pretty cove of pebbles and rocks, ideal for diving (diving center) accessible by stairs to 50 m from the villa, sandy beach of Montgo to 700 meters.

Pas le meilleur rapport qualité prix. Il est important de noter que l'appartement est situé dans la maison du propriétaire avec tous les problèmes de promiscuité qui vont avec. La climatisation n'est pas accessible sans autorisation et en supplément du prix initial. De manière générale, les pièces sont humides. Concernant la piscine, elle est située dans le jardin du proprietaire, donc partagée, et l'eau était visqueuse. Le prix parait donc excessif par rapport à la qualité de la prestation proposée. Point positif: l'emplacement proche de la mer est agréable.
