Beautiful villa overlooking one of L'Escala's most beautiful bays

This villa with private swimming pool offers you an unforgettable stay.

Overlooking Montgo Bay, it offers an exceptional view. At the edge of the swimming pool you contemplate the natural park of Torroella de Montgri with its pines and under the turquoise sea of ​​the bay.

Always near the swimming pool, a large table with barbecue allows you to spend pleasant moments enjoying the view and the swimming pool.

The house has a Mediterranean style with parquet floors and a grandiose luminosity. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen open to a living room with 2 bay windows. An individual toilet is located next to the stairs.

Upstairs 1 suite with shower room and wc, then 2 beautiful bedrooms with sea view. A shower room with wc is on the landing.
The beds are made on your arrival and we provide you with one bathroom linen and one towel per person.

During your stay, I will personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and leave you a map of L'Escala with all the necessary information (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, neighboring villages, etc.).
Throughout your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. In case of problem.

Ein tolles Haus zum Abschalten und Runterkommen. Fußnah zum Strand (ca 7 Minuten) und zum Montgó-Turm (ca 15 Minuten).Die Sicht auf die Montgó-Bucht ist hervorragend.

Das Objekt entspricht hinsichtlich der Ausstattung und Lage grundsätzlich den Angaben im Inserat. Wir hatten uns jedoch unter der Beschreibung „außergewöhnliche Villa“ auch entsprechendes erhofft. Jedoch gab es bei näherer Betrachtung einige Mängel.Badezimmer 1Das Bidet hat nicht funktioniert (angeblich abgeklemmt, weil nicht genutzt?)Deckel WC Spülung lose.Toilettenspülung musste mehrfach betätigt werden. Vermutlich mangelhafter Abfluss.Duschabtrennung an der Badewanne lose.Badezimmer 2Abfluss der Dusche nach kurzer Zeit verstopft.Toilettenspülung wie oben.Zusätzlich seltsame Abwassergerüche.Vermutlich ist die Entlüftung defekt.In einem Schlafzimmer war die Bettwäsche verschmutzt. Wurde umgehend durch Beistellung neuer Laken vom Vermieter behoben.Eine Steckdose war lose und hing aus der Wand. Wurde umgehend vom Vermieter behoben.Die Fernbedienung vom Rolladen war beschädigt. Wurde von uns notdürftig behoben.Die Küche wäre dringend renovierungsbedürftig.Macht nicht gerade einen einladenden Eindruck.Klebrige Griffe und Utensilien. Neben und auf dem Kühlschrank viel Gerümpel.Wasserkocher löst sich innen auf.Die Spülbecken sehen schon sehr stark mitgenommen aus. Zerkratzt, beschädigt.Am Pool funktioniert nur eine Wasserdüse für die Umwälzung.…Im Großen und Ganzen ist diese Villa also eher durchschnittlich als aussergewöhnlich.Anmerkung:Für Einkäufe benötigt man ein Auto.

Vielen Dank für Ihren Besuch und Ihren Kommentar. Toilettenspülungen haben in Spanien generell dieses Problem, die Gerüche treten nur vorübergehend auf und hängen stark vom Wind ab. Das Bidet wird entfernt, da es niemand benutzt und uns niemand darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat. Vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung, dass wir auf zwei wichtige Punkte sehr aufmerksam waren. Die Küche muss renoviert werden, um einladender zu wirken. Die Pooldüsen funktionieren beide, nur eine ist nach unten gerichtet, sodass wir keine Strömung spüren. Daher werden wir den Begriff „außergewöhnlich“ aus der Überschrift entfernen, damit keine Unklarheiten mehr entstehen und sich zukünftige Kunden anhand aller Kommentare ein objektives Bild machen können.

Maison avec vue magnifique

Un vrai moment de déconnexion. Dépaysement dans un environnement privilégié et splendide. Maison confortable , dans laquelle chacun profite pleinement de la quiétude qu’il recherche. Accessibilité à la plage se faisant par une belle petite promenade entre escaliers à flan de colline et sentier longeant la mer, très agréable . Location a recommandé sans hésitation pour profiter en famille où entre amis de la piscine , des terrasses et de la vue.
