Holiday house with annex, located in quiet surroundings with a view of the Freifjord. The holiday home was completely modernized in 2019. The beds and sofa bed are top quality. German and international TV channels via satellite Astra1 and Riks-TV with Norwegian and international TV channels. There is a TV in the holiday cottage and in the annex. Free internet for surfing, 15 Mbits speed. Dishwasher located in the hallway. The annex contains a living room/bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Open terrace of 96 Sqm. Shallow sandy beach only 100 m from the holiday home. Freielva, 200m from the holiday home, with small trout. The nearest neighbor is the house owner, 11 m, patio to the house owner is on the opposite side in relation to the holiday home. Distance to boat, 2 km to marina. Hiking trails: 0-3 km from the holiday home. For rent: Øien530F with 40 HP Honda with GPS / chart plotter / echo sounder. Life jackets are included in boat rental. Experience Kristiansund city with the world's oldest passenger boat company Sundbåtene, water park, take the trip to the fishing village Grip by speedboat from Kristiansund. Submarine tunnel from Kristiansund to Averøya with rock carving, stave church, beautiful mountains, islands, and sound. On to Atlanterhavsveien, Hustadvika National Park, the fishing village Bud.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
