Villa Belle is situated in a quiet location just a few steps from the sea and a small bay, called Baia dell'Amore in an exclusive residential park of Portobello di Gallura, in northern Sardinia. The center with a supermarket, bar and restaurant is about 600 metres away and easily reachable on foot. Plenty of other restaurants, agriturismo and shops can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car.
Villa Belle is a charming accommodation of recent construction furnished in modern style and carefully decorated.
From its rooftop terrace you can admire the characteristic landscape with the sea and cliffs. The villa is surrounded by a garden with typical Sardinian plants and Mediterranean scrub. A short path leads to the magnificent sandy bay.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
In front of the villa there is a large, covered veranda with a dining area and garden furniture. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Villa Belle consists of 1 large living room with sofas and a dining area, 1 well equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (4 with double beds and 1 room with a double sofa bed) and 3 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and wardrobe.

NOTE:
- Electricity costs should be paid at the end of the stay on consumption.
- in case of cancellation within the terms of which a refund is expected, a 25 euro cancellation management fee will be charged. Bank transfer costs are not refundable

NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
