The Villa
- Villa Francesca is both a celebration and a journey. Every room is a stage of light, texture, and artwork that blend with the living rock and the natural glow that enters through the wide openings.

The entrance welcomes guests with a stone pathway that leads up to a patio with a barbecue area and outdoor lounge, and then continues inside through a dramatic granite staircase.
The living area opens onto a dining space and a cozy lounge with a fireplace: the heart of the home, where the landscape becomes part of the décor and every window frames a living painting.
Next to the living room lies the kitchen, itself a masterpiece: fully equipped, it combines functionality with rustic charm through marble and wooden surfaces, artistic ceramics, and distinctive handcrafted floors and walls.

A second, larger covered patio enhances the unique architecture of this Domus. Accessible from both the kitchen and the living room, it is supported by a natural rock left in its original position and leads to the bedrooms on this level and to the outdoor pool area.
