Los Colorines Antequera - La Higuera by Ruralidays

Close to the mountains of El Torcal de Antequera, a few kilometers far from the town of Villanueva de la Concepción, province of Malaga, Andalusia.

This holiday home has been recently renovated with modern materials. The natural stone and the wood make the home merge with the rural environment of Andalusia.

The holiday home is situated in a 3000 meter-wide farm. It is the perfect place for those who love to rest and recharge batteries.

The estate has three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed each and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower with hidromassage. The dining-living room is provided with a fireplace and the kitchen is completely equipped.

A cradle is available upon request, and the house also has a washing machine, in addition to being heated through electric radiators.

In the outdoor area, you will find a fantastic private pool, where you can have a refreshing swim, or sunbathe on the deckchairs of the fenced garden.

A very affectionate cat lives on the farm, who does not enter the house, as he has his little house in the outside area.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit viel Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Wunderschöne Umgebung. Der Pool ist herrlich und abends leckeres Fleisch auf dem Grill. Das Cottage wirkt etwas überfüllter als auf den Fotos, wodurch es etwas weniger geräumig wirkt. Die freundlichen Besitzer, darunter die Schwester eines der Besitzer, sind immer hilfsbereit. Die Hauskatze kommt täglich vorbei, um sich den Kopf streicheln oder ein Leckerli geben zu lassen. Manchmal muss man sie daran erinnern, draußen zu bleiben.

Maria und Pepe sind fantastische Menschen, sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Dank ihnen hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in ihrem Haus, in dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Die Lage des Hauses ermöglichte es uns, die Region bequem zu erkunden. Ein großes Dankeschön an Maria für die tollen Empfehlungen und an Pepe für die Tomaten aus seinem Garten, die er uns mehr als einmal geschenkt hat. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Kater Ramses, der so süß und anhänglich ist. Nochmals vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Haus auf dem Land mit Blick auf das NSG El Torcal

Das schönste ist der tolle Pool (für Schwimmer) mit gepflegter Gartenanlage und mit Blick auf El Torcal. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter mit viel künstlerischer Deko. Die Küche ist funktionell eingerichtet (super Kühl/Gefrierschrank, alter Gasherd, Besteck und Geschirr kunterbunt und sehr gebraucht, ordentlicher Geschirrspüler mit Tabs!), die beiden Bäder sind o.k.(mit Toilettenpapier für zwei Wochen!) und ausreichend Hand- und Badetüchern, draußen gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Die drei Schlafzimmer haben ordentliche, spanische (schmale) Betten mit guten Matrazen. Bei der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Pepe (sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit) hat uns eine Übersetzerapp auf unserem Handy sehr geholfen. Das W-Lan war gut nutzbar. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land (Bauernhöfe mit Viehwirtschaft und Olivenwirtschaft in der Nähe), nachts hört man gelegentlich Hundegebell, eine Katze gehört direkt zum Haus. Die nahe gelegene Straße stört nicht, sie ist nur wenig befahren. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und haben uns hier sehr gut erholt, können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

endroit paisible, si comme moi vous avez besoin de faire un bon break et de vous reposer loin de tout traquas, bruit.... c'est l'endroit parfait pour la tranquilité et le calme, intimité respectée, pas de vis a vis. piscine vraiment top, belle taille et bonne profondeur. BBQ disponible et bien positionné et à l'écart, top pour ne pas avoir fumée et odeur dans l'habitation. beau petit potager dont le propriétaire nous a autorisé a en consommer les légumes. bref nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines.

Das Beste am Haus ist der Pool, die Besitzer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Was mir nicht gefallen hat, als wir dort ankamen, war als wir entdeckten, dass der Hof nicht eingezäunt ist und das enttäuscht uns, da ich mit einem Haustier und Ihnen gehe sind nicht mehr so ruhig wie ich , dass andere Hunde durch den Hof, das beste ist , die Ruhe , dass es und vor allem der Poolbereich passieren bewusst haben sein wollte

Relación calidad/precio óptima. Buena piscina, buena chimenea, buena cocina, buena barbacoa, sofás cómodos. Bien cuidada la casa y el jardín. Prácticamente ninguna pega salvo la cercanía a la carretera local que por suerte tiene muy poco tráfico. Muchas gracias por la amabilidad, por la leña y por la flexibilidad en la hora de salida. Un saludo y esperamos poder repetir en un futuro.
