Excellent property plenty of space and facilities. Comfy beds and lovely balcony with super views of the marina.

During the rental period we have experienced an unpleasant smell from sewer pipes in the bathroom which spread to the other room of the apartment. It has been fair to inform this at the announcement of the apartment as it is a well know fact to your staff. The apartment was not proper cleaned at the arrival and no vacuum cleaner was present in the apartment

Vacaciones en la Duquesa

Limpieza apartamento, equipamiento del apartamento, buen parking, buenas instalaciones de la urbanización (piscinas, césped, baños, hamacas, etc), cercanía a la playa y al pueblo. Buenísimo trato por parte del personal de la agencia. Hormigas rojas en terraza y que se colaban en la cocina, sería interesante se plantearán hacer un tratamiento para erradicarlas. Sombrilla en terraza porque en mediodía era inviable usar terraza por carecer de sombra. Sistema cortinas bañera, se caía con facilidad.
