Apartment with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Seville. Room with two single beds joined together and a single sofa bed in the living room. Very bright apartment with a large balcony.It is located next to the Sevilla FC Sanchez Pijuan Soccer Stadium and next to a large shopping center.It has an elevator. There is hot and cold air conditioning and WIFI. Very quiet and at the same time close to the old town.

Nice and clean property, adequate in most respects. Nice location and close to restaurants and transportation. Very hard to get information (as in check-in details, wi-fi logon) in time. Need to get used to short showers, consciously trying to finish in under 5 minutes, water heater although looks big doesn't have enough capacity. Laundry machine couldn't be used, flooded the bathroom.

Niet eerder zo’n slechte ervaring gehad! De boiler lekte, er druppelde water in een bak die op de wasmachine onder de boiler stond , hierover later meer. De kraan stond los op het aanrecht je had 2 handen nodig om te zorgen dat hij er bij gebruik niet afviel ,Er waren geen batterijen in de afstandsbediening van de airco, het was bij aankomst ( ‘s avonds ) dus steenkoud maar de batterijen werden die avond niet geleverd maar de volgende avond Er lag op de bedden een dun sprei, absoluut onvoldoende gezien de temperatuur buiten en binnen maar ook deze werden gedurende ons hele verblijf niet geleverd ondanks diverse keren navraag Voor een verblijf van 10 dagen voor 2 personen was er 1 handdoek per persoon. Het allerergste was dat de slaapkamer naar sigarettenrook stonk ; die stank zat in de kussen de matrassen echt álles ondanks dat er in het appartement zelf werd aangegeven dat roken verboden was! Op een avond was er veel herrie in de badkamer er bleek een plons zwart water uit de boiler gekomen en de boiler was gaan lekken op diverse plekken . De host wilde niet komen omdat “ hij een vrije dag !!! “ had en degene die hij wilde sturen was niet bereikbaar ! Uiteindelijk zelf op instructie van de host de boiler uitgeschakeld waarna hij begon te sissen en op meer plekken te druppelen. Nog steeds wilde er niemand komen waarna ik besloten heb om een hotelkamer te boeken ( 23uur, vrouw alleen) voor mijn veiligheid. Klacht ingediend , niets meer gehoord. Boek dit niet!!!

Alojamiento muy acogedor en una zona tranquila de Sevilla. El metro y las paradas de autobús están a poca distancia, y el centro de la ciudad se encuentra a unos 25 minutos en transporte público. El piso es luminoso, cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estancia. El balcón, encantador y acogedor, es un lugar ideal para relajarse!
