The living and dining area serves as the heart of the property, featuring a dining table, satellite TV, and an electric heater, creating a welcoming and comfortable space for relaxation and shared meals. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making the layout well-suited for a variety of guest combinations. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. The single bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC. The property also benefits from a roofed terrace furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs, offering a charming outdoor area with a view of the sea.
