Lovely apartment. Great access to trams and to bus, close to two supermarkets. Kitchen well equipped if you like to cook! Oscar very responsive - recommended!

Great stay

Location, perfect minutes to Alicante and San Juan beach our own beach with easy access , close to restos, pharmacy, markets , great views , nice large pool , older building but in good condition, I would recommend the area and look forward to returning

Oscar's apartment is perfect. Spotlessly clean with very good local restaurants and the incredible views all around. Albufereta beach across the road is beautiful and the tram & bus stop just a few mins walk to get into Alicante very easily.

Perfect!

Very nice location in the first row next to the beach. Very supportive host with great communication. Great view from the apartment and many benefits belonging to the house/apartment complex. Being in back in Alicante one day, we consider booking again.

Great condo

This place was ideal for our family of three. It is ideally located: a stone’s throw from the beach and three tram stops from the city center. Oscar was super helpful and made sure we found our way to the condo and were comfortable during our stay.I definately recommend this place!

Truly a luxury top floor condo on the beach

Great Stay by the Sea

This was a great stay in many ways. First the view! There were beautiful views from every window especially in the living room. The bed was comfortable. The heat worked well. Oscar was very responsive and helped us a couple times. He even was able to provide a hard drive for me to buy for my computer. This is a 5/5 accommodation and I hope to stay here again in the future.

A proper home from home excellent holiday

Lovely comfortable apartment, every thing you need for a holiday/rental, large fridge freezer, plenty utensils, oven, washing machine. The building itself is clean and well maintained, pool excellent, people are friendly. Lovely view. We were in the sea every day, lovely temperature of the med. The host Oscar was very helpful and was quick at getting back to us. Excellent tram and bus services we travelled to other parts of Spain very easily. Thank you Oscar for a lovely apartment and a lovely holiday, my sister said it was the best holiday she has ever had, as she loved being in the sea every day

Best stay ever!

10 stars! Oscar, Oscar Jr. and his mother were great. Oscar and his son picked us up at the train station. Showed us the sights on the way to the apartment. Our second day we had trouble with the lock. Oscar was there to help in minutes. It was something we were doing wrong, yet he was very pleasant about the whole thing. His mother took our luggage to the train station for us so we could enjoy our last day without lugging it around the city. The apartment was brite and very clean. It had everything you might need. Location location location! Two minutes to the beach, restaurants, tram to city center and shopping. There is even a small cafe on the beach. You will not find a kinder host than Oscar. This was by far our best experience using VRBO. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Oscar and family.
