Amazing

We recently stayed there for two weeks, the apartment exceeded expectations. It comes equipped with everything you could possibly want. Greeted at the gates by the on-site team, who explained all about the area and facilities available to us. The pool and surrounding grounds were beautiful. Only 5 minute walk to the beach, and promenade, where you’ll find a host of different cafe/bars/restaurants. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back, it was such a relaxing holiday.

A well located apartment

Overall a very nice stay at this 3 bed apartment. Situated on the 7th floor of an apartment complex. A good sized accommodation with plenty of extras supplied - pool/beach towels, snorkels/masks, tennis equipment etc. The pool is huge and nicely landscaped. Always plenty of space to relax by the pool. The beach front is a 10 min walk away with access to lots of bars/restaurants to access. The tram stop is just to the rear of the property - so you have access to lots of other places to explore - just a couple of euros pp. Please note that there is no air con - so if you are visiting in the hot summer temperatures, it will be very warm in the property. There are fans, but it is very warm. (one of our fans did break mid week and Eugene was very quick to organise a replacement - via his network of contacts in the area). I would also suggest that all of the pillows are replaced as they were very thin. Plus the master bedroom mattress was also a little uncomfortable. Overall a great stay though.

Appartement tres bien situé , tres bien équipé et est biensur a respecter avec le plus grand soin Piscine au top . On a passé de très bonnes vacances .Eugène, le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible .

Estupenda!!

Han sido unos días estupendos. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para las vacaciones. Cocina muy completa, los baños nuevos, habitaciones con comodidades. Hay productos básicos para cocinar y para limpieza, lo que se agradece. También como cortesía agua, cerveza y vino. Todo un detalle. La urbanización muy tranquila, con fácil aparcamiento. La piscina muy grande, con una zona apta para niños incluso en la de adultos. La playa de arena a unos 10 minutos andando. Tiene el tranvía y el autobús en la misma puerta. Eugene muy amable y atento. Tuve problemas con la aplicación y rápidamente me llamo por teléfono para solucionarlo. Nos dejó útiles de playa y juguetes para los niños. Un alojamiento para repetir. Los niños han disfrutado mucho, incluso se les ha hecho corto y normalmente a los 3 días se cansan. Sin duda repetiremos.

Buena semana de vacaciones

El apartamento está genial no le falta absolutamente de nada. La ubicación es un poco lejana, 900 m, a una buena playa porque la playa más cercana está llena de algas. En el anuncio indica que hay aire acondicionado pero no es real, no hay aparatos de aire. Si muchos ventiladores pero realmente no surte el mismo efecto. La cama de matrimonio un poco incómoda, recomendaría llevar si hay posibilidad las propias almohadas de uno mismo. La urbanización con las piscinas es una maravilla, aunque desde el apartamento se escucha pasar el tren hasta altas horas de la noche. La comunicación ha sido buena, pero a falta de una semana se cambió la hora de check in acordada en el inicio entrando a las 16:00, lo que hace perder prácticamente el día hasta que te acomodas y compras. Y el check out sin modificar claro. Lo recomendaría pero hay aspectos a mejorar

El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar. No le falta detalle. Fuimos con un bebé y tuvimos, cuna, trona, vajilla para bebés… hasta había una sillita de paseo disponible. Se agradece viajar con lo mínimo y poder contar con todo en el destino.

tweede huis als een thuis

Het appartement voelde als een thuis, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Het ligt op loop afstand van winkels en strand. Ook kun je op het afgesloten terrrein tennissen/padel , voetballen. Prachtig zwembad ,helaas nog te koud in deze tijd van het jaar. Wij hebben een uitstekende tijd hier doorgebracht, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Zeer aanbevelenswaardig.

Appartement proche de tout !

Le tramway en bas de l’appartement est très utile pour les courses ou pour se rendre sur Alicante ou à l’inverse sur Benidorm, la voiture n’est pas utile si ce n’est pour s’éloigner (dans les terres) et visiter les environs. On peut également se passer du tram et faire tout à pied, en 15/20 minutes de marche il y a un Lidl, à cette même distance il y a la mer, le paséo avec ses restaurants et quelques boutiques puis un peu plus loin un Mercadona . L’appartement est comme désigné sur l’annonce, tout y est, on ne manque de rien, même le caddie pour les courses, jeux pour enfants, serviettes de piscine, serviettes de toilette, pas besoin de ramener les siennes, il n’y a pas de four mais le micro ondes fait grill . La piscine est grande et est très agréable. La communication avec Eugene est rapide, il répond vite aux messages. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. El Campello est une ville bien agréable.

Incroyable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout est pensé pour que l' on manque de rien. L'appartement est spacieux et très propre. L' endroit est calme et paisible. La piscine est super et ouverte tout le temps même la nuit. La plage, les petites boutiques et restaurants ne sont vraiment pas loin ( 10 min à pied), traverser le pont et vous y êtes. Eugène est un hôte très sympatique, il communique facilement par mail et répond rapidement à toute question. Séjour au top.

Merci beaucoup pour votre merveilleuse critique. Regarde dessous in Hollandais: We hadden een geweldig verblijf in dit appartement. Aan alles is gedacht zodat u niets mist. Het appartement is ruim en zeer schoon. De plaats is rustig en vredig. Het zwembad is geweldig en de hele tijd open, zelfs 's nachts. Het strand, de kleine winkeltjes en restaurants zijn echt niet ver (10 min lopen), de brug over en je bent er. Eugene is een zeer vriendelijke gastheer, hij communiceert gemakkelijk per e-mail en reageert snel op eventuele vragen. Blijf aan de top.

Family Summer Holidays

Eugene and Astrid are fantastic hosts who kept in contact throughout our whole stay. Apartment was great and had everything you needed even had buckets and spades for the beach. Pool and grounds are well maintained and kept clean. Apartment is a short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We had a lovely stay here and will be definitely be back.

No tiene aire acondicionado

La ubicacion muy buena. El apartamento limpio. Pero anuncia aire acondicionado y no tiene. Y pone q por el covi entre un huesped y otro abrian 3 dias de diferencia y no se cumple. Noemi una chica muy educada.

Joli appartement, dans une superbe résidence

Joli appartement, très fonctionnel, il y a tout ce que vous désirez (ustensiles de cuisine, poêles, casseroles, cafetière, grille pain .....) Balcon-terrasse très pratique pour déjeuner ou diner dehors. Linge de lit et de toilettes en quantité +++ Piscine immense, très bien entretenue (3x semaines). Je connaissais la résidence, et je reviendrais encore dans cet appartement avec grand plaisir. Super communication avec Eugène le propriétaire. Nous sommes repartis à regret mais enchanté de notre séjour.

Agradable estancia

La urbanización está muy bien situada y está muy bien. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para la estancia. El trato con el dueño ha sido fluido y agradable. Todo ha ido bien.

Our opinion

Eugene was fast very fast to reply and helpful with all questions during the week, also thank you of making late check-in possible even we had some trouble with it. There is everything you need in the apartment expect the air conditioning. It was so hot we had to buy some extra fans to sleep comfortably. We felt ourselves little bit pressured, because the community there is very close and you are followed during your stay. We also paid forehand a pretty big amount of cleaning, but still got charged of trifling reasons after our stay.

Hello Juha, Good to hear the service and the apartment was according your expectations, except the airco indeed. Because you did not left the apartment so clean we were informed it needed more cleaning time. We proposed you to pay the up charge but you did not excepted. And because maximum guests satisfaction is most important for us, we even took the up charge costs on our behalf. No other guests complained about people watching them in case of normal behaviour.

Superfijn

We hadden een heerlijk weekje van 24 t/m 30 april 2016. Wij werden van het vliegveld gehaald door de eigen shuttle service. Antonio de chauffeur was een zeer vriendelijke man. Hij vertelde ons het e.a in de auto en eenmaal in het appartement aangekomen gaf hij ons ook nog de nodige informatie. We voelde ons meteen thuis. Tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Het ontbreekt aan niets. Samen met het heerlijke weer wat we hebben gehad maakte het een supervakantie. De eerste 2 dagen zijn we lopend naar El Campello boulevard geweest. Dit is heel goed te doen zelfs voor mijn moeder die 82 jaar is. Het is maar 10 minuten lopen. Je kunt er heerlijk Tapas eten. Ook Alicante hebben we bezocht met de tram. Superhandige verbinding. Hij stopt achter het appartement. Een aanrader want zo zie je nog eens wat. Prachtige omgeving. Omdat het seizoen nog niet was begonnen hebben we genoten van alle rust. Heerlijk gewoon. Wij gaan zeker nog een keertje terug en wensen iedereen die hier boekt een hele fijne vakantie.

Lovely apartment in a lovely place

We had a great time in El Campello this summer. The owner of the apartment Eugene was very helpful right from the start giving us lots of information about El Campello, the apartment and also booking our taxi there and back from the airport. The apartment is in a good location as not right in the centre of El Campello but easy to walk to the beach, restaurants and also the local Lidl supermarket (supermarket open until late even Sundays). We found the apartment spacious and with everything you would need....even shopping bag on wheels to carry back your water & wine from the Lidl! The aprtment has a lovely view over the pool area and the pool is really wonderful with large grassed area to sit and sunbathe. I would just note that in the hottest months the rental of air con at the apartment might be needed as it does stay very warm through the night. We had a great holiday and would recommend this apartment very much for families and couples. Thank you Eugene and Astrid for your lovely holiday apartment and help. Quiet and calm area with great pool

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children. The apartment worked really nice for us with three bedrooms, separate seating area and kitchen. Swiming pool was popular and it was safe with lifeguards parts of the day. It was lovely beaches within walking distance. The tram went right next to the apartment - 30 minutes to Alicante and 1 hour to Benidorm. It was a hot July, so we missed Airconditioning. Wifi worked well and kitchen contained what you needed. Landlord responded quickly and were very helpful. They also ordered the taxi that picked us up at the airport and drove us back. The area was quiet and not too much tourists. Can highly recommend this to other families.

Thank you very much Ann and Hans Peter from Norway for your nice review. We decided not to install airco yet because we ourselves did not miss it when we were there in July 2014. We will re-consider. But we have 2 fans to be used in the bedrooms. Hope our advice worked a bit to keep all windows open during the night?. On the 7th floor this is no issue at all. Hope to see you back once.
