Katama / South Beach Cap contemporain

Cette cape classique située dans un quartier calme de Katama a été récemment rénovée dans un style monochrome épuré.

Il ya de nouveaux planchers de bois franc, de moquette, salle de bains, cuisine, a / c central, pont en acajou et teintes monochromes de gris.

Le premier plan d'étage moderne dispose Salon ouvert, salle à manger et cuisine pour détendue divertissant. Il ya un plafond voûté, seconde Overlook étage loft, et porte coulissante à la grande plate-forme enveloppante pour les repas en plein air et divertissant.

La nouvelle cuisine dispose de tous appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, alors que la Surface coupe siÚges se enroule autour d'un grand centre des médias de l'écran.

Deux des quatre chambres sont Ă©galement sur le premier Ă©tage et partagent une salle de bain complĂšte avec douche en verre de plain-pied. La chambre principale et l'autre deuxiĂšme Ă©tage Chambre, partagent une salle de bain complĂšte avec baignoire et douche.

Juste à cÎté du palier du deuxiÚme étage est un espace loft avec canapé coin, qui surplombe les premiers espaces de vie de sol.

Le Cap Classique située en retrait de la route à l'avant et jardins joliment entretenu. Il est idéalement situé à égale distance entre South Beach et Edgartown Village, et non loin de la piste cyclable.

Cozy House in Great Location

We had a great stay at this house in Katama, super close to South Beach and Edgartown village. Great outdoor space with shower, so plenty for the kids to do outside. Rooms and bathrooms were nice as well.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay - we were a little disappointed to arrive and learn that the oven wasn’t working. Also - there was a delay in VRBO getting us over check info - so if you’re reading this BRING YOUR OWN LINEN - or prepare to rent it from the island.

Katama House

Nice, clean house. The owner was very proactive about communicating. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Need more silverware and the dryer eats anything with a string (like bathing suits). Also a couple spare paper products would be nice for the price. Put a house book with instructions on property.

Awesome Stay!

The house is spotless and adorable! We love that is halfway between the beach and town so it is a quick bike ride to either one! Another great stay!

Nicely Renovated and Centrally located

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Katama! This was our first time in Martha's Vineyard and the location as well as the house made it enjoyable. It was close to downtown Edgartown and convenient to the Stop and Shop grocery store as well as very central to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Everything was approximately 5-15 minutes away. Furthermore, it is nicely renovated and was perfect for our 2 families of 4 adults and 4 children. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Our children enjoyed playing on the deck and we grilled twice in our one week stay. Dealing with Driscoll was so easy. We arrived earlier than expected and he was ok with us leaving our luggage in the house, while the cleaning was getting done. You will have nothing to complain about with this house or the owner.

Location is perfect for going to the beach and walking into Edgartown. Perfect location for families. Central Air is key in the August months and worked well in the house!! Overall beautiful home!

Great place for a family vacation!!!

I don't normally write reviews, however I had to write something for this home. The place was great! I stayed for a weekend with my wife and three kids (12, 7 & 6) and it was perfect! The home looks to be newly renovated with a huge deck for grilling and hanging out along with a pretty big yard to play with the kids. Inside there was more than enough room for us. The great part is that it is located in a private community within Edgartown. So if you are looking for peace and quite and a quick drive to the beach, this is the perfect place to be!! Two thumbs up from me! Thank you!

Perfect vacation spot

What a great place! This was super easy to coordinate; the owner is responsive and on top of details. The home itself is immaculately clean, well-appointed (exactly as described) and in a great location, literally just down the road to the beach and minutes from Edgartown. It's the perfect size for a family of 4-6. All around, an A+.

Great vacation!

We rented this house last week and it was perfect. The location is ideal; close to beach and town. The house was clean and very up to date, the open floor plan was great for a group. We enjoyed the yard and deck during many outdoor dinners. We brought bikes which I would suggest. The owner was very pleasant to work with. We will be back! It was a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful escape

We were pleasantly surprised by openess, coziness, cleanliness of this house. The listing was very accurate and provided all commodities listed (i.e.TV, washer, dryer). The kitchen provides everything needed to make a meal and there is a grill on the deck ready to use!. The area where house is located is quiet and located minutes from the beach and Edgartown. We took many relaxing walks around the beautiful area although I would also recommend bringing bikes and other outdoors equipment. I think this getaway is for anyone who wants to get away from the city and spend some quality time with loved ones. The residents of the city were super friendly and we very much enjoyed the nightlife, dining and many interesting boutiques in Edgartown.

Best Vacation Ever!

This adorable cape is located in a convenient & quiet neighborhood. Everyday we biked/walked or jogged to South/Katama Beach, Edgartown & the grass airport, (where you can watch small planes take off & land and get a great meal)! There are 4 clean bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 full baths, a nice main area & kitchen. There is a big deck with grill, nice yard & outdoor shower that everyone loved. We found the best feature about this home to be the terrific location! Definately bring bikes to add to your Vineyard experience! My teens found tennis courts nearby and enjoyed several games. The weather was perfect & thanks to this location there was a ton to keep us busy! If our schedule allows we will definately be back!

Comfortable house in convenient location

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, comfortable house. There was plenty of room for grandma to come and stay (on the first floor, which was helpful) and for my kids to have their cousins stay over if they chose. It is conveniently located close to the bike path and between town and the beach. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and has a spacious yard where the kids can play after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower saw much use during our stay! We will return next year!
