Excellent accommodation

Lovely accommodation in a great location. The apartment is spacious and has a first class finish, even had new carpet this year. Everything is provided for a stressful and comfortable stay and couldnt be any better. The garden is perfect for outside dining with a large table and bbq and a separate seating area. The view is arguably the best in woolacombe. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher.

Perfect place . Accomodation and position in Woolacombe

Accommodation in perfect position close to all amenities. Beautiful view. Comfortable and very clean . We have stayed there since the apartment was built every year and have booked for next year. Holiday Home Hunter very helpful in booking your holiday.

A lovely stay

Just got back from a brilliant stay at The View, such lovely accommodation with everything you need for a great holiday. We booked this holiday for a family break for 5 adults and our dog. The accommodation is first class with plenty of room for everyone . The location is very central to shops, pubs and restaurants with the best sea view. The beach is just across the road. Have already booked a return visit for next year. So pleased to have found this place.

The View

The View is perfectly placed where you can sit out and look at the beach and sea. It is not a noisy location and so you relax and enjoy your holiday. It is a very short walk to the village where you have restaurants, Spar and shops to buy mementos. If you have a problem then Claire (Cleaning and Maintenance) and her team are second to none. We have now been going for three years and we have booked for June 2026.

Lovely place to stay but some of the apartment was tired

The apartment is in the perfect position but when we arrived we noticed that the first bathroom toilet water was running, which we reported. We then noticed that the hand held shower in the same bathroom wasn't working. The door bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. In the second walk in shower room the tiles moved under your feet by the door, the door would only open so much as the water from the shower had distorted the bottom of the door. The door stop (although no good as the door wouldn't open that far) was unscrewed from the wall. Fridge has water at the back under the vegetable container. I looked at it and there seemed to be ice there, which then turned to water. I cleaned it up each day, but it needs to be looked at. We only reported one of the problems as were on holiday and didn't want anyone else in the apartment whilst we were there. Saying all the above. The cleanliness was 2nd to none. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we had a brilliant couple of weeks despite the weather. I know the apartment is well used and maybe that is why there were a few issues that had not been noticed.

Great position, great views, right near town and eating places. In all a great place to stay we have been staying there every year since it was re built and have booked for next year. Go have a great time.

Our holiday at The View

We have just enjoyed a fabulous stay in Woolacombe at The View. What an amazing property which is well worthy of its name. The beach view is superb. The property was very well equipped, clean, spacious and very comfortable. We loved the added bonus of the hot tub! We would not hesitate to return to this lovely property.

An amazing transformation

My Family and I used to stay at Parade house many years ago before this new refurbishment. The modernisation of the accommodation is amazing. We chose the View to stay at, with the excellent glass frontage view of the beach and the very handy safe fenced in garden we could let our two dogs safely run around in while we sat in the hot tub. The apartment is very spacious, beautifully designed, very clean and comfortable. It's location is one of the best in Woolacombe for being very close to the town but still with the almost unobstructed view of the beach. Customer service was excellent, car parking spacious, even the weather was glorious!
