Charming Stone House with Heated Pool, in Idyllic Countryside Area, Sea Views

Villa Bellevue is perfect for the guest who wishes to have an idyllic and tranquil holiday away from the crowded tourism on the coast, yet be close enough to enjoy the coastal amenities. The villa is just 4km from the beach and from Rogoznica with its shopping, cafes and restaurants. Yet the house is surrounded on all sides by panoramic countryside views and has just one villa neighbour.

You can enjoy spending lazy days by the pool on the the spacious sun bathing terrace. And enjoy grilling meals and dining on the large dining terrace looking out over the sparkling sea of the Adriatic in the distance.

The house is set on 2 floors. On the ground floor is a large open plan living/dining room with AC and kitchen. Double doors from this opens onto the dining terrace.

On this floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each with an AC unit and an ensuite shower room. And there is a sofabed in the living room that sleeps 1.

Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where is is the large master bedroom with AC and an ensuite shower room. Off this floor is a large terrace for relaxing and enjoying more stunning views.

The villa is suitable for children aged 9 years and over. This is because there is a drop from the front terrace to the lower garden area and this not an area suitable for young children.

Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by plane. Split Airport is a 35 km ride away.

Directions to the villa: You will check in at the villa using the key safe. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the villa.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt mit Blick und Ambiente

Die Lage der Villa Bellevue war sehr nach unserem Geschmack. Sehr ruhig, mit schönem Blick auf die Rogoznica Bucht und doch nicht weit von Restaurants, Cafes, Supermärkten und Stränden. Eine Terrasse die zum verweilen einlädt, ein Pool der für die nötige Abkühlung sorgt. Ob Sonnenuntergang oder Mondschein alles beeindruckende Bilder. Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage die unseren Sommerurlaub abgerundet haben. Die Kommunikation von der Fe-Wo Agentur aus war eher schlecht. Fragen wurden zwar alle beantwortet, jedoch die wichtigste Check-in Email kam erst während der Fahrt, also ca 3h vor Aufenthaltsbeginn an. 1 Person war zu wenig angegeben, somit fehlte der Schlafplatz und Handtücher. Unser Kontakt vor Ort, die Putzfrau und der Poolreiniger alles sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen, die diese Fehler auch bis in die späten Stunden bereinigt haben.

We emailed check in information and directions to this guest as soon as he booked in February and he replied to our email. But we realise he forgot this as it was months before his holiday. But we sent all information again to him as soon as he asked for it as he was on his way. We are very sorry the cleaner forgot to leave the sheets for the sofa bed. But she visited on their arrival day to bring them so this was sorted on time

Ferienhaus mit wunderschönen Aussicht

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Bellevue. Wir und auch unser Hund, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war wie beschrieben, besonders hervorzuheben sind die netten Nachbarn. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic holidays !

House is as described, fully equipped with all you need and just a short 3 min. drive from Rogoznica town/supermarket away. This short drive gives you beautiful views over the bay and privacy, absolutely lovely! Pool perhaps a bit small for swimming, but definitely nice for refreshing. Terrace at lunch time with sun and no option to hide. Overall we loved our stay and fully recommend this place (hoping to be back at some point of time!!).

Die Wegbeschreibung sowie der Check in und Check Out waren perfekt! Darko hat perfekt Deutsch gesprochen und hat uns Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Es war sauber und sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet! Einzige Anmerkung ist, dass an heißen Tagen am Pool und auf der Terrasse (mit wunderschönem Ausblick) ab Nachmittag ein Sonnenschutz von Vorteil wäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit wieder!!

Très bon séjour

Très belle maison, très propre, nouvelle, bien équipée, très belle vue sur la mer et le village. Les chambres ont une bonne literie et chacune a sa salle de bain. La piscine est chouette avec ses 4 transats et est entretenue. La cuisine de manque de rien. On ne peut pas boire l'eau de la maison, il faut donc en acheter en sufffisance.Le centre est proche (il y a moyen de s'y rendre à vélo mais ça monte très fort pour rentrer!). Le village est sympa avec ses restaurants, ses plages et sa marina. La communication avec l'agence est rapide et efficace!
