Charming Stone House with Heated Pool, in Idyllic Countryside Area, Sea Views

Villa Bellevue is perfect for the guest who wishes to have an idyllic and tranquil holiday away from the crowded tourism on the coast, yet be close enough to enjoy the coastal amenities. The villa is just 4km from the beach and from Rogoznica with its shopping, cafes and restaurants. Yet the house is surrounded on all sides by panoramic countryside views and has just one villa neighbour.

You can enjoy spending lazy days by the pool on the the spacious sun bathing terrace. And enjoy grilling meals and dining on the large dining terrace looking out over the sparkling sea of the Adriatic in the distance.

The house is set on 2 floors. On the ground floor is a large open plan living/dining room with AC and kitchen. Double doors from this opens onto the dining terrace.

On this floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each with an AC unit and an ensuite shower room. And there is a sofabed in the living room that sleeps 1.

Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where is is the large master bedroom with AC and an ensuite shower room. Off this floor is a large terrace for relaxing and enjoying more stunning views.

The villa is suitable for children aged 9 years and over. This is because there is a drop from the front terrace to the lower garden area and this not an area suitable for young children.

Means of access: Getting there is easy by car or by plane. Split Airport is a 35 km ride away.

Directions to the apartment: The local property manager Dalmatian Property Management will email you photo directions to the villa where you will be met by their representative who will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help.

Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival cca 2 Euro per person per day tourist tax.
Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply.
You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key.
You will get this back when you return the key on departure.
