This level also includes 2 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower and WC.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, mirrors the layout of the ground floor and offers an equally well-appointed living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed of the same dimensions — 160 cm in width and 180 cm in length — accompanied by a dining table. This floor also contains 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and a shower and WC. The upper floor additionally benefits from direct access to a balcony. It is important to note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
