About this property

Heated pool - Gulf of St Tropez

Our residence consists of 7 adjoining villas of 40m² each, overlooking a shared swimming pool with children's pool, open at night and heated from April 1 to October 31.
In short, a family residence, on a human scale!

The residence is located by the sea. On foot, you can access the first creeks within 100 meters.

You can enjoy your private terrace, but also common areas designed for your relaxation, such as a pergola area and a petanque area. Each villa has its own parking space, the car park is closed by an electric gate.

We will provide you with a free baby on demand, books or games for children.

We offer 7 terraced villas of 40m² each.

The services are the same in each of the 7 villas:
- a seating area - dining room

- an equipped kitchen, with fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker & Nespresso® coffee maker

- a double bedroom with wardrobe and safe
- a large mezzanine as a second bedroom
- a bathroom with separate WC

- a private furnished terrace with a Weber® electric barbecue

- Free and unlimited wifi connection throughout the residence!

All villas are air conditioned!

A 500m walk, you can access the main beach of Issambres, which is a sandy beach. The Issambres extend a total of 8 kilometers of beaches and coves.
The seaside resort of Issambres is a family resort: you can enjoy every Monday its Provencal market, and every Sunday night its night market.

A 500m walk you will also find various shops, bars and restaurants.
In the immediate vicinity, many activities, including aquatic, on which we will be delighted to inform you: thalassotherapy, jet-skiing, sailing, diving, stand-up paddle; but also golf, tennis ...
You will not be bored at Les Issambres!

Our rates are per week, from Saturday to Saturday, for 4 to 5 people maximum. In low season, we can accept bookings for shorter durations, or shifted. Arrivals are on Saturday from 16h, and departures on Saturday before 10am.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this small-scale apartment complex. We were traveling with three children, including two older girls who already have their swimming diplomas. Because the pool was so close by, they were able to do their own thing. Our baby was able to take a nap while we relaxed by the pool with the baby monitor. The pool itself was fantastic! The temperature was perfect, allowing the girls to stay in all afternoon, even though it was only the end of April.The terrace was very pleasant too, with adjustable slats that allowed us to create shade when needed. The apartment was also very comfortable — everything had been thought of! Things like a hairdryer, a well-equipped kitchen, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, high chair, and plenty of storage space. The beds were a bit outdated, but the mattresses were very comfortable. There was also a washing machine on the property that guests could use. It’s clear the owners understand what people need during a holiday.And finally, the view from the terrace was stunning! We had a lovely and relaxed family holiday and will definitely come back again!

Exactement ce que je souhaitais: habitat propre,cuisine équipée, petite terrasse très agréable avec un barbecue, piscine très jolie, suffisamment grande pour nager, chauffée, disponible à toutes heures et nettoyée chaque jour, hôtes sympathiques et je suppose disponibles et arrangeants (n'ayant rien eu à réclamer, je n'ai pas eu besoin de les contacter durant mon séjour, par contre j'ai reçu rapidement réponse de Laura à mes questions avant notre arrivée). On sent qu'ils aiment leur lotissement et que leurs clients soient heureux de leur séjour. Une jolie oasis de bonheur. Les photos et le descriptif correspondent parfaitement.Proximité de la mer avec une jolie promenade à 2 pas, proximité du village avec restaurants et petits commerces de qualité (boucherie, poissonnerie, boulangeries, etc). Ravie de ce séjour, je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner.

Tolle, familienfreundliche Ferien-Residenz. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und entspricht absolut den Angaben sowie den Fotos in der Objektbeschreibung. Die Ferienhäuser sind zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung (allerdings sind keine Gewürze oder sonstiges vorhanden, was für uns aber absolut kein Problem war).

Séjour agréable dans une magnifique région

Cette petite résidence est très jolie, la piscine chauffée jusque tard dans l année géniale et les extérieurs sont vraiment mignons. Les propriétaires ont été très arrangeants sur les horaires, a maison était très propre. Par contre, même pas une éponge, il faut absolument tout apporter, j ai rarement vu ça dans une location. Et moi qui cherchais un calme absolu, et qui ne connaissais pas ce coin, je ne ne rendais pas compte que la route en contrebas et très proche est LA route du bord de mer donc ça fait du bruit quand on est sur la terrasse. trhaut.

Tolle gepflegte Anlage mit toller Lage

Sehr netter Empfang, immer erreichbar wenn man Rückfragen hatten. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und genau wie im Inserat bebildert. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist super, wir haben uns Wohlgefühlt. Einzig was besser kommuniziert werden müsste, das Handtücher und Bettwäsche nicht vorhanden war. Auf Nachfrage haben wir Bettwäsche erhalten. Ansonsten eine klare weiter Empfehlung.

Heerlijke vakantie

2 weken in Les Imbrasse geweest. Het huisje ziet er netjes uit. Het 2 persoons bed is wat te smal en ook onhandig dat 1 van de 2 er via voeteneind uitmoet. Een aantal dingen misten we in de keuken, bijv bierglazen, een theepot, wat keukengerei, maar verder prima huisje. Terras met zicht op zwembad, top. Plus ook zicht op zee, maar 200 meter van de zee. Het dorp heeft 2 suppermarkten, nog geen 10 minuten loppen, plus bakker, slager en aantal gezellige terrasjes. Communicatie met eigenaresse verliep vlot en was prima. We hebben heerlijke vakantie gehad echt een aanrader!!

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Lage und fantastischem Pool

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist einfach großartig und bietet eine hervorragende Anbindung an die örtlichen Attraktionen. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos dank der ausgezeichneten Kommunikation. Laura war prompt in der Beantwortung meiner Fragen und lieferte alle notwendigen Informationen für eine problemlose Ankunft. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl das Ferienhaus nicht sehr groß ist, ist es sehr praktisch aufgeteilt und wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein absolutes Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war der beheizte Swimmingpool. Die Unterkunft befindet sich nur 500 Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Darüberhinaus lag der Hafen nur einen Kilometer entfernt von wo aus man direkt mit dem Boot nach Saint Tropez fahren kann. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft allen empfehlen, die Les Issambres besuchen. Mit ihrer großartigen Lage, Sauberkeit, dem fantastischen beheizten Pool und der praktischen Aufteilung hat sie meinen Aufenthalt wirklich unvergesslich gemacht.

Enorm tevreden

Wij waren een maand in deze woning en hebben elke dag genoten. Er is heel veel huisgerief. Prachtige tuin met palmbomen, zonnig terras met zonnetent, heel geschikt voor te ontbijten maar ook als het s'avonds killer wordt. Het zwembad heerlijk verwarmd. Heel vriendelijke gastheer die bij vragen onmiddellijk positief reageerde. Een echte aanrader. Het enige minpuntje voor ons als ouder koppel was dat de beneden slaapkamer te klein is, groot bed kun je maar langs één kant instappen.

Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage

Gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit allem was man braucht. Super und schön eingerichtet. Schöner Pool und auch für Ende Oktober noch angenehm beheizt. Zu beachten ist, das Handtücher und Bettwäsche mitgebracht werden müssen, was wir nicht wussten, aber hier haben die Vermieter uns netterweise ausgestattet.

Excellent stay - accommodation had everything we needed and host went above and beyond.

This property was perfect for our family. We have a 1 year old who loved the pool and small play area. The host kindly left some pool inflatables on our balcony for us arriving which was greatly appreciated. The accommodation is within walking distance to the beach and restaurants which was great. We will definitely be back!

Tolle Anlage!!!

Schöne, sehr gut gelegene Anlage. Absolut nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Tolles Handbuch seitens der Vernieter mit allen nötigen Infos. Die Häuser sind gut ausgestattet, voll klimatisiert und mit eigenem Parkplatz. Waschmaschine frei zugänglich, ebenso Strandspielzeug, TTplatte.
