We had our yearly family vacation here and as expected it was amazing! Our host Miss Elaine was very kind, and communicative! Our townhome was clean, had extra towels and items needed. Perfect stay with comfortable beds and plenty of room for us! We will be staying there again yearly! I highly recommend!!

By far the best rental I've had in the padre Island area, very clean all around, lots of space and host provided extra towels, also plenty of parking, exelent comunication with host, we did go over about 30 minutes on the check out time, host had no problem with the delay, thank you Ms Elaine, I hope to come back soon.

Very clean, had a great stay with plenty of room for everyone.. especially my 95 year old grandmother who had a bedroom downstairs which was a huge plus for us. Elaine the owner was always accessible and accommodating and the pool area was Awsome!!

Townhouse is in a great location. This is our second time staying there. My only complaint is that it needs to be cleaned better. There were things on the floor and the coffee cups had to be cleaned before we could use them. We stripped one of the beds and washed them before using them. However, I would certainly consider coming back next year. It is a large, well stocked townhouse with a nice pool and playground.

Thank You for the GREAT REVIEW. I must have missed your call Linda. I was busy cleaning 7 ceiling fans , painting all.the baseboards and i MOP.the floors 3 times. I also FURNITURE brand new LINENSl brand new TOWELS in the BATHROOM CLOSET. I have 4 hours to do.all this and its a 2000 square ft house for less then a hotel. I do say if you need ANYTHING at all PLEASE let me know I will be right there. Sorry I missed your call.

Initially everything started great. Host let us check in early and waves the pet fee. Upon arrival I saw why she was being so nice. This place was absolutely gross. Hair on the toilets and stuck in the shower walls. Dust covering the walls. Ceiling fans had so much dust build up it was falling off into the air. Microwave and sink had old food all over. It was late and there were 15 of us. So I just cleaned and sent the host a message to talk. She calls the next morning and I asked if someone was supposed to clean. That's when she starts in with how it's just her and her son. How she mopped 3 times and always double checks everything. But since I asked for early check in she didn't get to look at it. However she offered the early check in I didn't ask. I swept 2 dustpans full of sand when we got there just from the 2 front rooms. I felt like maybe she just needed a little help. That's when she flipped on me. We washed all Linens and cleaned the property so she didn't have to. 4 hours later we check out she is messaging me accusing us of breaking everything. First the dryer then something about the lights not working. Everything was perfectly fine when we left. I should have known something was up when instead of a thank you she proceeded to tell me how cleaning for her was all done wrong. It was super weird. It was like she offered all these things before we got there because she knew it was dirty. Then got offended I offered to help. Worst experience with a host

Elaine was a great host. Communication was quick and pleasant. The house is beautiful and BIG! Plenty of space for our big family. The location was perfect. Very cute and homey. Will definitely recommend to others! The pool was so convenient and perfect! Everything was perfect!

Both, ourselves and our family had such an amazing time at this rental. The hostess was amazing and accommodating, and very responsive to our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable . The rental provided us with all that we needed throughout the week such towels, utensils, toiletries, etc. We would totally recommend this place!! thanks again to our gracious host, Elaine

The whole unit was filthy. Bedding was filthy and not changed. Appliances were filthy. No supplies, (toilet paper, soap, garbage bags etc) The pictures on Vrbo for the site are NOT accurate. I don’t know how in the world it has the rating it does. When we called her and voiced our concerns, she was aggressive and argumentative.We had to go buy supplies and sleeping bags to stay. We had no other choice. All other places nearby were booked.Buyer beware.

A Spacious Home for a Large Family Gathering!Our family of 19 had a wonderful stay! The home was spacious and comfortably accommodated everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds, and we really appreciated how close the property was to the beach — just a short drive away. The pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for kids to play and the adults to relax after a day out. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.
