Great Family Fun On The Emerald Coast In A Gated Resort.

Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. The water is Emerald Green and crystal clear. Enjoy a long walk down the beach after dinner. A pool is right across the street from our front porch for all of the family to enjoy. Beachfront pool & one of our many clubhouses are just a short walk through the gated community of Gulf Highlands. Shopping for those who love to find those unique gifts located at Pier Park just 5 miles west of Gulf Highlands. Local attractions are less than 5 miles in any direction. There are 11 swimming pools, 3 pools that are heated 6 tennis courts and a gym. The 18 hole mini golf and shuffleboard are right out our back door. All of these amenities are for you to enjoy at no extra cost to you. We have a natural gas grill, indoor laundry room, free wifi and cable tv including HBO.

Gulf Highlands is located close to 'Shipwreck Island Water Park' for a fun day of amusement. Less than 1 mile from Walmart. Short drive to 'Pier Park' for dining, shopping, movies, outdoor theatre, and community events. For the golfer in the distance to Hombre, Bay Point, and many other golf courses. If water sports are on your drive to Grand Lagoon for boat rentals, jet skis, parasailing, charter boat fishing. For those nature drive to St. Andrews State Park for hiking, wildlife spectating, swimming in the lagoon at the jetties. Swim with the dolphins at Gulf World. Just blocks away from Rocket Lanes for bowling, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, go-carts, bungee jumping, and much more fun! Bring your bicycles!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The home was ready for check in very early which was so nice. The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking or a day at the beach! The walk to the beach was not bad at all for me, my husband or our 3 kids. Very clean & the pool right across the street was awesome for my 8 year old!

We were right in front of the pool. Right down the street from the beach. Great location, beautiful area, friendly environment as I required assistance due to my lack of comprehensive skills. The property owner and the location staff were so understanding and guided me in the right direction. I'm grateful for the patience, I'm sure I made up for a good laugh.

We had a great time staying here! Super close to the beach and pool. They had a golf cart transport lady to take us to the beach. The house had everything you could need. Would definitely stay again!

Such a nice place! We will be staying here if it’s available for all our Panama City Beach trips! Kids loved it! We didn’t want to leave! Clean and great location. Kids loved having the pool right across from the condo. Short walk to the beach too!

Home Base

This condo truly felt like home away from home. All nessesary accommodations were present and the property was clean. It was a little farther to walk to the beach than I had anticipated, so we drove a block over to beach access 40, and parked in the 12 a day lot so we didn't have to carry coolers and canopy so far. Walk would not have been bad without the large items. We thoroughly enjoyed retreating back to the nice cool house after a long day at the beach. Neighborhood felt very safe and well maintained. Greg was very prompt to respond to any questions we had during our stay.

Great! first trip as a family

The pool being right outside the front door was a plus with having 2 kiddos. The walk to the beach was not “horrible” for the kids😅 but once at the beach everyone had fun. The location of the property was nice, easy entering and exiting. Wish the heated pools were heated during our stay but unfortunately they were not. Overall great place to stay!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. I will say that the mattress in the master could def use an upgrade. I felt like I was falling in a hole all night long. The appliances are definitely dated. The microwave was a struggle but we managed lol

Beach Resort

We enjoyed our stay at the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort Condo. We stayed in an older condo with limited updates but our price was reasonable for our accommodations and once we did our own cleaning, we were very comfortable. Our host was very accommodating and prompt with responding. Entry and exit into the gated resort was super easy and our host gave us everything we needed to keep it simple. The condo itself could use a few updates, but again, the price reflected that. Cupboards were a little overstuffed, but again the host is taking care of that! The couches were brand new and very comfortable. We had a heated pool right outside the condo, which was amazing. The Beach was gorgeous, also. The location is unbeatable.

Well I thought I would get the information about checking in and out and had to ask for it the day before. There were no instructions on how or what to do when we left or what to do when we left. The air wasn't working the first day, he did get someone out the next afternoon. I asked about how to obtain a golf cart because my mom is handicapped. Never received an answer. I kept asking about the wifi never got that resolved so there's no wifi. There is about a 10 min walk to the beach so my mom was never able to get there. The room was not cleaned properly as well. There were dirty towels hanging. A half eaten pop tart and a drink can under the bed. Overall it was a horrible le experience. I have taken pictures and have screen shots of messages if this I questionable.

They need to get rid of the couches because that's where the bed bugs are at

They were bed bugs in the couch my granddaughter got bit and then I washed everything and sprayed the couch really good both of them several times other than that it was fine
