Seules des locations hebdomadaires sont disponibles en juin et juillet de samedi à samedi.

Veuillez noter que nous ne louons que des familles et que nous exigeons un minimum d'âge de 25 ans. Nous ne louons pas aux groupes d'étudiants. Bien que nous appréciions votre intérêt, il n'y a pas d'exception à cette politique.

Notre propriété sur la plage se compose d'un chalet duplex principal et d'une maison d'hôtes. Cette liste correspond à la location d'un côté du duplex uniquement. L'unité dispose de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bains, salon et cuisine. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. Si vous avez besoin d'espace supplémentaire ou si vous partez en vacances avec un groupe plus vaste, vérifiez la disponibilité du côté droit du duplex et de la maison d'hôtes indiquée séparément sous la référence ID 1074283 et l'identifiant n. 454143.

Détendez-vous et détendez-vous à quelques pas des plus belles plages du monde. Notre chalet est situé à Laguna Beach, à l'extrémité ouest tranquille de Panama City Beach. Il est situé directement en face de la plage dans un ancien quartier résidentiel qui vous donne une idée de la plage comme avant les grands immeubles de grande hauteur.

Les équipements comprennent une télévision à écran plat avec satellite dans le salon, une connexion Wi-Fi, une cuisine complète avec des plats de base et des ustensiles de cuisine, salle de lavage partagée avec une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, un gril à charbon et une douche extérieure pour rincer Après cette journée amusante à la plage.

Notre chalet est idéalement situé à environ 4 miles à l'ouest du centre commercial de Pier Park. Thomas 'Donuts et l'épicerie locale Carousel sont à 2 minutes en voiture. Les magasins Wal-Mart, Winn-Dixie et Publix sont également à proximité. Les restaurants adaptés à tout goût sont à proximité. Panama City Beach a de nombreuses attractions amusantes telles que le parc aquatique Shipwreck Island, Gulf World, Wonder Works, Ripley's, la plongée en apnée, le parapente, les go-carts, le golf de putt-putt et beaucoup plus pour votre famille. Il y a aussi deux parcs d'État à quelques minutes en voiture.

Le Frank Brown Baseball / Softball Complex est à seulement 4 miles et Laguna Beach Christian Retreat est à moins de 1/2 mile de la propriété.

For me, it’s all about access to beach and this location is perfect. An ideal place for 2-4 people and has all the necessities provided. Great communication with owner was a plus as well.

The location could not be better. You're just as close to the beach as you would be staying in a high-rise, but without the long waits for the elevator. The house was very clean and cozy. It is a bit small, but if you're going to spend most of the day on the beach, you probably won't care. Communication with the host was excellent. My one complaint would be the bed, which was a bit too hard for me, but that's subjective.

The house is in a relatively quiet area. The property is just as described. Good heat and A/C. Needs a new charcoal grill though. Would definitely recommend it to anyone! We hope to return sometime!

We have stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. Right across the street from the beach in residential area. Close to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants but away from the crowds when wanting a quiet evening. We’ll be back!

Cute little cottage - perfect for a couple. Online description accurate; expedient communication with host; clear instructions; superb location if you're looking to be near the beach! Shower tiles clean but dated; a few spots could use new grout. Tight squeeze between foot of bed and door to get to closet & dresser in second bedroom, but doable. Overall, a nice little place -- had everything we needed & we'll definitely rebook if a return trip is in our future.

Almost Perfect Last Minute Getaway

The property had a few minor cosmetic issues and we would have liked a dishwasher and a hair dryer. But for the price, and for a last minute June beach trip it was great. The location can’t be beat. Beach access was quick and easy. Not much traffic on the street. No condos nearby so the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely book here again!

Third time staying at this property

Mr. French is always wonderful to communicate with and ready to take care of any minor issues that might arise. (We’ve never had a major issue).This is the third time we have stayed at this location and have always been satisfied. Clean and usually quiet. Right across from beach access. We love it because it is a mostly residential area but still a short drive to Thomas Donuts and Pier Park for shopping and restaurants.

There was multiple issues from the start. To begin with we were initially required to submit our personal information separately from VRBO to the owner via his own house rules and rental agreement. While we didn’t give out personal information we did have to agree to his agreement before he would even give us the information to enter the home. Once entering the unit, we found that the pictures and unit is in need of some renovations. From horribly stained couches and sheets to chunks of paint missing from the wall, it was not up to expectations based on the ad. The location is accurate as it is in fact across from the beach, however the neighborhood behind the unit is quite run down. There are quite a few other rental properties in the area and we should have done more research, but don’t make the same mistake we did. The odd thing is that the owner when checking out is sure to charge a refundable $200 damage deposit that you won’t get back until 2 weeks after your stay (we did) along with mandatory rental insurance. It seems as though the property isn’t being cared for properly even though the owner makes it as difficult as possible to stay there.

Unfortunately we seem to get one or two of these guests every year that don't bother reading the rental agreement and think when they stay in an older beach home that they should have Ritz accommodations. This is our beach home that we use for vacations and rent out when we are not using it. We try to keep the prices reasonable so that average families can afford to take a beach vacation. It is an older home but that is part of the reason we bought it. We will be replacing the 3 year old couches in the coming weeks as they are not always treated well by some guests. By the way, I would would never allow Rick Finger to stay at my property again. Please read some of the other reviews or contact us if you need accurate info on the property,

Unbeatable location

You truly can’t beat the location for the price. Just a stroll across the street and you are walking on the beach! Things to note: no dishwasher. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but we were counting on it for baby bottles. Bring your own pillows. We used a sheet to cover the couch. Other than that it worked great for our stay. 100% would stay here again.

As children we vacationed here with our families and have always wanted to own a vacation home in Panama City. We were hooked on this property the first time we saw it. We loved the classic look and feel of the home and the fact that it is directly across the street from a public beach access walkway made this the perfect choice for us.

Did I say this property is directly across from the beach? Our cottage is located in an old residential beach area so you don't have the crowds that come with the large condos, however we are a 5 minute drive from Pier Park with shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, amusement rides, live entertainment, and of course the huge County pier for those who like to fish.
