Accommodation, location

The apartment was perfect for our stay, bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Balcony overlooking the pool with sea views was great, plenty of space for our stay. The location was great, only a 10 minute walk to the port and restaurants. Effectively next to the beach, which was great for sea swimming. All in all, our stay was fantastic, which the accommodation was a key factor. Slight poor odour from 2nd bathroom when shower used.

Location Better communication - should been advised at time of booking and arrival that swimming pool was closed or that there was a chance it would be due to local Town Hall drought measures. This didn't overly impact us but others booking for whom the pool was a factor may not feel the same.

Having only one key for the apartment was very inconvenient at times when family members wanted to get in and out of the complex separately. There should be additional keys provided. Also the lifts in the complex are very poor and operate erratically.

As standard we always give one set of keys out however extra keys are always available in the office, you just need to call in and ask.

Lo mejor de todo su ubicación, y el trato recibido por parte de la agencia Duquesa Estate El armazón dónde está situada la cama principal, es incómoda de hacer y recibes continuos golpes al pasar. A corto plazo, sería necesario cambiar bañera por plato de ducha.

Super modern apartment with great sea views. Helpful early check-in provided by Duquesa Estates for which we were very greatfull. Unfortunately the Terrace Sunshade is broken, and looks as though it has been for some time. With the sun flooding the Terrace this really is a must have as otherwise it can be far too hot to make use of the outside seating. This needs fixing as is letting the rest of the apartment, and indeed the entire building, down.

Location, views, choice of differently restaurant to eat in. The canopy outside the balcony was torn therefore we could not use it for shade during the day.

More than we hoped for

This is a 5 star apartment in every way and great value for money. Location is excellent right on beach and close to port but with old town 200 mtrs away and all its typical spanish restaurants and bars it really couldn't be better. The staff are all exceedingly friendly and really look after the complex with love and pride. Nothing

A very lovely stay

We travelled with our 5 month baby and the apartment was perfectly located, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very handy to have a lift and a washing machine when travelling with a baby and we also rented a cot for a week. It’s a short walk to the marina and supermarket, but far enough to get a quiet sleep.

Fantastic sea view

Loved the sea view from the terrace. Great location. Great pool. Never too busy. Missed a few basics like WiFi and a hair dryer but not a big deal. Otherwise well equipped.

Thanks for your review, all our apartments that have dedicated wifi are advertised with a wifi logo on the main photo. I'm afraid none of our apartments are equipped with hairdryers as in the past these have disappeared and as such are not advertised with hair dryers !

Weekend stay

Everything was as shown on the pictures, we loved having a sea view from every window (except bathroom). Plug sockets by the bed were a definite plus!! The balcony was a perfect size. Would definitely stay again
