Semi-detached villa consisting of two floors- In the first living room with terrace with wonderful views of the Mar Menor, and another terrace at the entrance. Perfectly equipped kitchen and fireplace. On the terrace there is barbecue. The house is located in a luxury urbanization "La Manga Club de Golf". Perfectly landscaped garden area, golf courses, restaurants, supermarkets. etc. Ideal for children as it has pedestrian areas. which offers great security. About 15 kms. the Natural Park of Calblanque. and to visit cities Murcia and Cartagena- Both very interesting and with good gastronomy

Pictures are old not representative

Sadly we were disappointed, the place wasn't clean, and the mildew smell was overwhelming. We had the windows open the entire time. No air conditioning. Loved the location. But not the house.

Los días que estuvo este huésped coincidieron con los de la alta temperatura. Efectivamente la casa no tiene aire acondicionado, pero sí ventiladores en el techo que siempre ha sido suficiente, de hecho nunca me han reclamado este servicio. En cuanto a la limpieza y malos olores no estoy de acuerdo, ya que la señora encargada de hacerme la entrada y salida es una gran profesional. Siempre cuido con esmero el tema de la limpieza

Avoid like the plague

Book at your peril. We booked for 3 nights in September. Arrived to find a dog in a crate on the upstairs terrace, someone's clothes in the apartment, generally it looked like it needed a good clean. I contacted the owner to say that her friends were staying in the apartment and they'd collect the dog the following morning. Hang on a minute... so who's looking after the dog, feeding it, giving it water? After raising concerns for the dog I was then accused of defamation of character. Make of that what you will.

Este señor me parece un difamator. Todo lo que cuenta es falso. El perro no ladraba ni estaba solo. Sus dueños estaban con el..la conclusión es que no les gustó mi casa..abrieron la puerta y se fueron inmediatamente. En ese momento me puse en contacto con vds. Espero que quede constancia de mi llamada. Les conté los hechos tal como ocurrieron. Muchas gracias.

A friendly stay with a smile

My mother and I enjoyed a 3-night stay and found it to be a well-appointed house. We enjoy the 2 outdoor areas but found the friendly and genuine hospitality of Maria most wonderful. As a La Manga Club veteran, she was able to give in invaluable inside tips and good advice. The latter was greatly appreciated by my mother. We certainly hope to see her again!

very pleasant quiet family environment and superb community pool

A bit space constrained, a narrow staircase leads down to the bedrooms, not apt for large suitcases. On the other hand a nice terrace where you can enjoy the evening breeze sipping wine after a warm and humid day. and watch the pleasing view of the La Manga sea and skyline in the distance. The absent landlady is very diligent and helpful, there was an issue with the washer and in 24 hours she had the technician on site to solve the problem.

No dudo que mean buenas personas pero no saben manejar los electrodomésticos y utensilios. Me han .roto la lavadora y una tetera
