The property features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed between the ground floor and the upper floor to ensure comfort and privacy for all occupants.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room complete with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, alongside an additional open small living room and a dining room, also featuring an open-hearth fireplace. All of these rooms offer direct access to the garden, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor spaces. Also on this level is a double bedroom with a private exit to the terrace, which leads directly to the private swimming pool.
