To start, I'm a hotel girl- I like reliability and comfort. When traveling I dont want to do the same home tasks. So my bar is quite high for short stay rentals. The whole experience w pure lux was on point. Beautiful apartment EXACTLY like the pics. Super market around the corner, bus station 4 min walk, 20 min walk to the lake, so easy to communicate with, bedding more comfortable than the hotels we've stayed at, and very affordable for the area. Highly recommend and I came for a conference that is recurring, will definitely book again!

Perfect space for myself for a quick conference. Great air conditioning, blackout blinds, and SO clean. Cute balcony for some fresh air. There weren’t too many restaurants in short walking distance, so I recommend hitting the grocery store (huge and super close by). Would have loved extra towels, and the door lock/key was giving me some trouble, but overall would definitely recommend.

Apartment was lovely - plenty of room for 3 people. Having two full bathrooms was a plus. The balcony with view of the mountains was one of the highlights of this beautiful property.

The location is perfect for a family or group stay. Beautiful gardens and lovely hosts. And the view of the lake is worth the price.

Owner was very responsive and the listing is spot-on. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lovely garden, patio and hammock in which to relax. Property is well-equipped and clean. Easy 9 minute walk to downtown Lugano where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property isn’t air conditioned and open windows can lend themselves to a bit of noise from cars passing by, but it’s a lovely property in a great location.
