The property was unbelievable! Super close to La Rambla and super easy to access! The property owner, Justin, was super communicative and any question I had, he had an answer. Beautiful Apartment in an Excellent Location

My sister and I came to Barcelona via a cruise ship. The property manager met us and helped us with our embarrassing amount of luggage. We didn’t know there were 2 flights of stairs so he helped us bring our luggage into the apartment. The location was in the middle of everything in Barcelona!! Right next to the Gothic Quarter and the Marina. We got “lost” in the area and loved it!The apartment was incredible! Very beautiful with stone walls and the coolest windows and doors I have ever seen!! The kitchen was perfect for my sister and I. We spent very little time in there except for making coffee and breakfast. The bedroom was perfect for us as well. Two very comfortable twin beds and lots of storage! The bathroom was very big. Very nice shower and the washer in there. The living area was very spacious. The couch was the only uncomfortable item in the whole apartment. But we made do with it. We didn’t need to use the pull out bed. All in all, we LOVED this apartment and would rent it again in a heartbeat!!

Wonderful Stay

I stayed in this location for 5 weeks. The apartment was exactly as advertised, the management answered questions quickly, and the location was fantastic. The street it's on is so cute with so many great food places. It's so close to so many great points in the city like the Placa de Catalunya, Cathedral of Barcelona, Zoo, etc. I really enjoyed my time there and was sad to leave. I would 100% go back there - Spacca Napoli, Giulia and Couleur Cafe were my constant go-to places for cofee, sandwiches and pizza!

Excellent Apartment in the heart of El Born

This apartment is located in the heart of the district known as El Born, and despite its central location, the apartment was quiet and perfectly located in proximity to grocery stores (3 major stores, the closest is 1 minute away), bars and restaurants (too many to count) and the beach (a 15 to 20 minute walk away). It is also equidistant to two Metro stops on the L4 line (Barcelonetta and Jaume I, approximately 6 minutes walk), plus bus stops within a 2 minute walk of the property. The apartment itself is comfortable, and has interior sliding doors to allow you to have some privacy or quiet from the living room, bathroom and/or bedroom. Plenty of closet space and storage was also available. The apartment air conditioning worked without any sound, and worked well to cool the place after turning it on. The kitchen is well equipped, although the sharp knives could have used a sharpening, generally I had everything I needed to cook meals in the unit. In short, this is a perfect accommodation for you if you want to stay in Barcelona for a month (as I did) and want to be able to stay somewhere other than a hotel room. I loved my stay in Deco Born apartments.

Perfect El Born location

This company does a very good job of managing their properties. All maintenance questions were answered and resolved properly. I would say the individual spaces are pretty small for 4 adults, but would work great for parents with a 1 or 2 kids. The space is not well insulated from noise, so my suggestion is to bring earplugs to avoid waking up to late night revelers coming back or noise from surrounding units. Hard to beat the location. It's in the heart of El Born. I had such a good time just creating a morning routine of walking the neighborhood. One upgrade/suggestion for the company is to get to get sofas that are more supportive (not old sofa beds) for lounging in the living rooms. But otherwise it's a very comfy stay.

Two weeks in Barcelona

This apartment is lovely, tastefully appointed, well equipped, and very comfortable. The owner, Kay, could not have been more hospitable and helpful. She was always accessible and very responsive. It’s location in El Born is very central, making walking to sights, shops, restaurants easy, even for a senior retired couple like us. For anyone who has difficulty with stairs, this apartment would not be suitable. Otherwise, we highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Barcelona.

Great spacious spot walkable to everything

Stayed here for 5 nights in August 2023. Host met us at the door and explained everything. Nice big den for down time. No English TV, Apple TV, etc…so don’t expect to watch TV. Our other VRBOs in Paris and Venice had smart tv or Apple TV. AC worked fine in August heat, and fans to make sure you’re comfy. Huge shower in master, bathrooms were great, water pressure great. Lots of storage in master. Little balconies over street. Very quiet place on a pretty quiet street (between main thoroughfares so not a ton of traffic). Cabs were plentiful at door or a block up to larger thoroughfare all times of day. We felt perfectly safe walking with our luggage from Placa de Catalunya to the condo. Great tapas place one block down (el Mercat) and a fun microbrewery run by an American ex-pat a block down (la textil). Breakfast cafe on ground floor of building. We walked to el born, the Latin quarter, segrada familia. Close to shopping, metro, aerobus stop from airport is a 5-10 walk. Grocery store a block and a half away for essentials. Highly recommend.
