This information was not specifically discussed because it was never raised as a concern before your arrival. However, the property's address was provided at the time of booking, so its location could easily have been verified in advance. That said, most visitors consider excellent public transport connections to be a benefit rather than a drawback. As for the towels, our standard supply includes a complete set of three towels per guest (small, medium, and large), which is the standard provision for the duration of the stay. Concerning the bedroom curtains, they are blackout curtains and, according to our inspections, they are fully functional and close properly.

This is a known technical problem with the platform and not a misrepresentation on our part. Regarding the plates, they are standard and perfectly usable, including in the microwave. We are not sure where the assumption comes from that they cannot be used. The glasses are crystal—this is simply part of the quality of the items provided, not a defect. As for the sofa bed, comfort is subjective. What may be uncomfortable for you may be perfectly acceptable for others, and many guests have used it without issue. We also note that your review overlooks key aspects of the apartment, particularly its central location, which allows guests to walk to all major attractions—one of the main reasons people choose to stay here. Overall, it seems that the apartment did not meet your personal preferences, but this does not reflect an objective issue with the property itself
