The apartment was perfect for our Rome stay. It’s in the best location, we could walk everywhere! It was very clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The listing for this property has said it had a dryer. There was no dryer. There was no dish towels no paper plates no paper towel towels. The plates that were furnished were China with gold on them, which could not be used in a microwave and the glasses were crystal. Crazy the couch was junk very very uncomfortable. Overall, I would never recommend this place again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify several points. The dryer was incorrectly shown due to a synchronization issue with VRBO. This is a known technical problem with the platform and not a misrepresentation on our part. Regarding the plates, they are standard and perfectly usable, including in the microwave. We are not sure where the assumption comes from that they cannot be used. The glasses are crystal—this is simply part of the quality of the items provided, not a defect. As for the sofa bed, comfort is subjective. What may be uncomfortable for you may be perfectly acceptable for others, and many guests have used it without issue. We also note that your review overlooks key aspects of the apartment, particularly its central location, which allows guests to walk to all major attractions—one of the main reasons people choose to stay here. Overall, it seems that the apartment did not meet your personal preferences, but this does not reflect an objective issue with the property itself

Great communication with the host. Excellent location, I walked everywhere, including Vatican City. Wifi is a little slow, but whonsits around the apartment when in Rome? Would definitely recommend this for a short or long stay.

The place was clean and comfortable. It had the basic appliances needed for one to stay at home to cook if they wanted you. The location was spectacular and in a safe location; very close to all historical points of interest as well as a great nightlife. I would visit here again.

I will start off with saying it is a great location. It’s nice to have multiple spaces to unwind. It was my wife and I staying in the unit. We appreciated having control of both the heat and cooling, which seems to be rare in Italy. Things to be aware of:Within a few minutes of settling in, we thought we heard a tank rumbling outside. We were told we were close to a military headquarters. It was the subway arriving underground. It continued from early in the morning till late at night. The Wi-Fi is terrible; they are aware and will tell you to unplug the router and reboot it. There is a horrible smell from the drain in the bathroom sink. There is no P-trap, so you get to smell the ancient smell of mold from 1600-century Rome. When this was brought to the property manager’s attention, they told me to run the hot water for 5 mins to dissipate it. The walls are very thin, so you get a front-row seat to the conversation next door, and they get a treat to hear anything happening on your side.The main couch in the living room is very uncomfortable, as it feels like the cushions are falling off and require being placed back on the sofa. The bed is very firm, although they do supply a good amount of pillows and bedding.

The apartment was wonderful. Very comfortable and the location was great. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The support staff was excellent. We were given early check with no problem. When we had questions they were responsive and helpful. The only issue we had was that the WI/Fi internet was very poor. We had great difficulty communicating with our office on most days. The problem may have been with the outside vendor but it made the stay very frustrating at times. Really should be addressed.

Tricky to find, but easy otherwise

We struggled to find the location of this VRBO but that may have been a personal problem.... The VRBO was amazing otherwise with nice space, washer (no dryer), kitchenette, and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property but be aware of address

Property was as described but we did have a scare when we typed the address into google maps and it wanted to take us an hour outside of Rome. Luckily we figured it out and made it safely to the correct address. The apartment was well located and we appreciated the AC and black out curtains for our little kids.

Stayed here before and after a cruise. Location was as described and communication was great. I was able to coordinate reasonable transportation, which made our trip simpler. I would recommend and would stay again.

Air conditioner was very noisy. No hooks in the bathroom, and no 'shelf' for soaps and shampoos in the shower. Compared to other VRBOs there was a lack of toiletries, towels. The kitchen was quite poorly equipped; there was 1 wine glass and a 'mishmash' of other glassware and cups/mugs. Also, the views from the windows are of a stone wall; exactly as represented in the photos....there is no view.

My stay was good, but not great.I asked if I could have an early check in, and they said maybe and to message again the day before. When I messaged again, they said that they are not able to accommodate an early check-in of more than a hour because the cleaners would be there. It’s understandable, but I wish it was said when I had reached out a week before my booking instead of when I was flying out. On check in, I found out the unit does not have a dryer even though the listing says it does. This was disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose to book. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and apologized for the misrepresentation. He even offered a free late check out, which was appreciated. And he said that he wasn’t sure why they didn’t let us check in early and that they could’ve done that, which was a little frustrating. On check in we also found that the sofa bed was not made, even though the host confirmed that it would be. This was also a bit disappointing, but there were linens in the unit, so not a big issue. The unit was clean where it absolutely needed to be, but the kettle was dirty, along with the dish brush. It felt like we couldn’t enjoy one of the benefits of booking a Vrbo. And we did try to use the late check out mentioned before, but they said they could not accommodate any late check outs, including our request of one hour later.Not a bad stay, but manage your expectations. The beds were comfy and the location was great.

Central Location

Great communication with host. Easy walking to Borghese Gardens, Spanish Steps and Train Station. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds for a family of four. One short flight of stairs (no elevator). Photos are accurate for how the apartment looks.

Nice clean central Rome apartment

Nice simple modern apartment. Very clean. Good firm bed. Coffee maker had incorrect pods so no morning coffee! Very limited kitchen supplies (utensils cups cookware) so best to not count on cooking. Easy walking to Termini Station and other central sights. Safe clean area of the city.

Appartement très bien situé, propre, confortable avec notamment un lite de 180 cm de large et une bonne collaboration de l'agent RBO en charge du logement. Un seul point à améliorer, les ustensiles de cuisine, poêle à frire et casseroles.
