The condo was very clean and spacious. Nice large bathroom with double sinks. We liked the neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions.

The property was as expected and close to everything in walking distance! The only small issue we had was just had to take quick showers but that wasn’t something we would leave a bad review about. We would still stay at this same place again!

Property is ina great location. Monti is a great part of Rome...didn't realize how much was there until the last day...so many tours to take.Host was willing to let us check in early...which was awesome. A bit of miscommunication when we were ready to check in. Host prefers comms via Whatsapp and I didn't realize that until later.All that said ..great place, great area. Recommend Black Market Hall for a cocktail and Trieste for Pizza. Both are closer than 2 min walk

Spacious accommodations for Rome, good value-cost ratio. Great shower!! Location is perfect, everything within walking distance. Quiet, well heated. Host rep on site to welcome, great place to stay.

Monti is a fabulous, vibrant area, close to all the best ancient Roman highlights. Apartment was quiet, we slept well. It’s compact with all the right bits and pieces. Washing machine/drying rack, spacious and private bathroom, generous bedroom with space for all the luggage, proper kitchen to cook and eat in if you wish. Down a cute laneway and close to di Fratelli where we had coffee in the morning and ate 2 excellent dinners - they know how to cook. Across the road, a beautiful bookshop with english and italian literature. Food, books, conviviality and ancient Rome all at our doorstep. Very happy. (Maybe a lick of paint to spruce up the entry area of the flat - minor suggestion). Finally, we were able to walk to and from Termini station to the apartment with our luggage.

Great location near the Colosseum and plenty of space for a family of four. The host met us and gave detailed instructions about the space. Very helpful. She even sent us a video in case we forgot how things worked.

Great location. Near metro. 8mins walk to Colosseum. Lots of great restos, shops and mini groceries in the area.The room was great, AC unit worked great. Small eating area for 5 people. Kitchen had essentials and stove top heated quickly. Washer and drying rack on balcony. It took awhile for host to open door for us. Waited 10minutes (mid day at 40C) only to find out she was already inside. Double Sinks were separate from bathroom, newly renovated and spacious.The place is higher up so there’s stairs to climb to get there. Carrying heavy luggage will be a challenge. Overall great stay and location.

1/2 a mile from the Colessium, great restaurants, retail and easy access to the train station. Apartment was comfortable and exactly as advertised.

excellent for a short stay

Perfect location for all central sights, and a nice, compact, clean apartment. I was staying solo, and always felt safe and secure in the apartment and surrounding area. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a great location, near cafes, gelato bars, restaurants of all kinds, quaint bars and of course the Colosseum and many other famous sites.Our host went above and beyond, any questions we had were promptly answered.

Right by the Colosseum

Wonderful quick one night stay! Wish we could have stayed longer! Restaurants and sights right outside our door! We were greeted after hours by owner. Wonderful spot! Thanks for your hospitality!

Perfect spot for everything!

Perfect spot if you want to explore the heard of Rome and see all it has to offer. Short walk or bike ride to all the sites and the neighborhood is filled with Gems of restaurants. Strongly recommend Blackmarket Hall right down the street. Place was spotless and getting in was effortless and has maybe one of the coolest door locks I have ever seen. Was a perfect final stop on our honeymoon!

Excellent location for our first time in Rome. Truly a 15 minute walk to the Coliseum and many of the other sites that are must sees in Rome. Located on a quiet street that felt very safe. Check in process was great, Iryna was helpful and agreeable to changing out check in time day of as we were running early. Apartment is spacious and offers a washing machine on the balcony. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of space to spread out. Not the cleanest of properties but we were able to tidy up enough to make it comfortable for the 3 days we spent there.

Perfect base to explore Rome!

Great apartment!! Our family of 4 was in Rome for 2 nights and this was the perfect base to explore the city. Check in was easy, the apartment was clean and accurate based on photos. It is of modest size but we never felt crowded and the place is modern, sleek, and new. Best of all: the location!! It's on a quiet street that is central to all the key sites, but also nestled into a great neighborhood of shops and restaurants. We felt like local Romans rather than tourists, and we loved the location most of all. It was a great stay and this property is highly recommended.

Convenient location, safe, cute old building and street

An old charming building, easy to walk up the steps, very safe and clean. 👍Close to Termini and Coliseum👍 Cafes all around, a great local bar on the corner. The only inconvenience the hot water heater is small so one of us had to wait and shower in cold water as we were not aware how small it was. There is a balcony for great ventilation and a washing machine👍.

Great location in the center if Rome walking distance to all attractions except Vatican, but we knew this. Great little restaurant with amazing pizza down the steps from our apartments. Comfortable and clean, great to have the washing machine also. The appartment manager met us on our arrival, great place to stay in a quiet little street in Rome. PS the door lock is a jewel alone!!!! Thanks 😊

Nice apartment in great location

This apartment is in a fantastic location. The Colosseum, Romun Forum and Palatine Hill are within walking distance as is the Roma Termini station. There is a metro stop 2 mins away which means the whole city is easily accessible. The apartment itself suited our needs well. It was just my mum and I but we wanted 2 beds so the sofa bed was utilised and was comfortable. The bathroom has lots of storage and is well laid out, the washing machine was easy to use and as it was quite warm during our time in Rome, we were grateful to have air conditioning.
