Silvia was the most polite person with excellent communication skills. We had an issue with our luggage not arriving and she was so helpful and understanding! The location was perfect and the A/C was cool. I would definitely stay again and recommend this charming loft!

What a delightful place and hostest. If you want a traditional authentic full of culture, music, art and safe..This is it. It's within walking distance from restaurants, shops, most importantly the colusium and Termini, which is where you arrive from the airport. There are buses near by. Local transport takes you to the vatican and other historic places. I was so excited and pleased with this place because it was convenient and affordable. The area is nice and safe. Thanks Silvia for your hospitality and amazing service!!

This little apartment is in a great area (close to Trevi fountain and the Colosseum) and the price per night is extremely reasonable. Our host was very sweet and helpful as well. It was a good spot for a single Mama with 2 teen boys. Our only complaints were that the WiFi only worked if we went out into the courtyard and sat in the heat next to the office, the floors were very dirty so our feet were always covered in dirt walking around and the bathroom had such a overwhelming smell of urine. However, this was a very authentic experience for us visiting Rome for the first time instead of staying in an expensive hotel.

The location of this apartment cannot be beat. It is close to everything including major landmarks, great restaurants and wonderful shops. Silvia is a lively host and shared some of her family history and history of the building with us. It was a safe location, A/C was perfect after hours in the Roman sun. wiFI was not great but we were there to experience Rome, not stare at our phones! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at a VRBO apartment in Rome and overall had a good experience, with the biggest highlight being the location.It was about a 15-minute walk to Roma Termini and also very close to major attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Everything was extremely walkable, which made it so easy to explore the city on foot.Silvia was a great host—very nice, helpful, and with excellent communication throughout the stay.Overall, a very convenient and well-located base in Rome for sightseeing.

This property was awesome! It was very clean, in a quiet area, and great for a 4 person family. It was also only a 7 minute walk from the colosseum. Sylvia was a great host as well and always replied quick!

Silvia was amazing! She was so friendly and hospitable! She gave us an amazing recommendation for dinner, was literally a dream. The apartment was perfectly located from the termini and from all the major attractions. Could not have picked a more perfect place!

Great Roman Style Place

Silvia the host was very kind and more than helpfull. The place is great, good restaurants and very well located close to all tourist sites. We will love to come back.
