Friendly single storey villa with direct access to a large furnished terrace, an 8mX4 m swimming pool and a garden with trampoline and table tennis table.
Located in a very secure village close to Cannes and Nice (less than 30 minutes) and the Grassy hinterland. Close to shops, cinema, tennis club and hiking trails.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 shower room, a fully equipped American kitchen, a living-dining room. Beautiful bright orientation and garden view . Air conditioning Daikin .Private parking for 2 cars. Absolute calm.

Beautiful; but somebody elses home.

Great pool, large garden, beatiful area. Unfortunally we got the feeling that we were staying in somebody elses home. Becouse of for example all the personal belongings in the house. There where soms items broke; like a chair and the beachembrella.

Bonjour Chrystel , Je suis etonnee par votre commentaire concernant votre impression de resider dans la maison de quelqu'un d'autre car c'est la base du fonctionnement d'un site comme Abritel . Acceuillir des gens non pas dans une chambre d'hotel impersonnelle mais bien dans une maison d'un particulier . Par ailleurs, je loue ma maison depuis plusieurs années, et tous les placards de toutes les chambres sont entierement vidés sauf un petit placard dans le couloir que je me reserve pour mes affaires personnelles ( placard qui est ferme ), Je laisse par ailleurs les livres et les jouets pour l'usage des locataires qui apprecient en general . En ce qui concerne un des 3 parasols que compte la maison , en effet le precedent locataire l'a casse et je n'ai pas eu le temps d'en acheter un autre , Cela a ete fait 2 jours apres votre départ . La maison a tout de meme un trés grand parasol et un autre parasol autour de la piscine ainsi que des chaises longues solaires avec parasols individuels. Je n'ai pas eu de commentaires des locataires suivants concernant une chaise cassée,et vous ne l'avez pas non plus signale à la personne qui fait les entrées et sorties .. Nous cherchons de quoi il s'agit .Merci de m'envoyer une photo ou plus de détails.
