Olive Grove, Fig Tree and Banana Valley Villas are three custom built architect designed villas situated in the rolling hills. The villas offer the holiday maker the perfect place to relax and unwind in a tranquil and beautiful location where privacy and serenity is assured. Villas have large and totally private swimming pools (Olive Grove and Fig Tree 10 x 5 m, 1.4 m deep, Banana Valley 8x4 m, 1.3 m deep) with a wide pool side area with teak furniture and large parasols. All villas have an outdoor Jacuzzi with magnificent view. From the centre of Marmaris the villas are 6km away and are located on a quiet and scenic forested slope which all nature lovers will adore and with just one farmhouse in the neighbourhood you can be assured of total seclusion and privacy. The villas are light, airy and spacious rooms, cool in summer and seamlessly combine a taste of traditional Turkey with modern style and luxury in an unobtrusive and simple manner. We do not rent the villas to groups of friends.

We arrived for a full lunar eclipse. The patio provided a great view. There are NO other houses or lights to be seen. In the distance there was faint, faint dog barking but otherwise the house is totally quiet. Eeva provided food items, especially for breakfast. It was much-appreciated. It was so nice to be so isolated yet so close to Marmaris, but you should have a rental car. The outside air was wonderful in the evenings. If there were screens, doors could be left open and bugs and cats would be denied entry. The air conditioning kept me very comfortable. We cooked every night but 2. If the slatted table in the kitchen had a solid top, it could be used as a workplace for food prep. The kitchen is well-stoked with utensils. It was a great stay.

Absolutely stunning and very private we had a great time there and the photos of the property don't do it justice it looks so much better when you are actually there i would highly recommend fig tree villa 10 out of 10

Ruhige komfortable Villa

Obwohl das Ferienhaus nur 1 km hinter dem Stadtrand von Marmaris liegt, sieht man nur Natur um sich und hat eine tolle Fernsicht. Die Villa ist komplett eingerichtet und hat einen großen Pool plus Fernsicht und ein schnelles WLAN. Zweimal täglich schaut ein Nachbar nach dem Pool. Für den ersten Tag sind genügend Getränke und Essen da. Weil die Fernstraßen sehr gut ausgebaut sind, kann man problemlos Tagestouren bis Pamukkale oder Ephesus machen.

Very relaxing stay at Fig tree villa. Host excellent in all areas. Wonderful view from villa. Regular bus service to and from Marmaris. Taxi available if needed. Approximately 1.5 hours from airport. All in all a five star rating.

Perfect Getaway

House is just as described. A very peaceful, spotless, convinient house. Eeva is a very kind and nice person, also a perfect host. I don't think you may come up with a problem she cant solve. Because this is not your city apartment you have to prepeared with interacting flies, bees, insects or even geicos. (of course outdoors mostly but sometimes you may encounter with them inside if you leave doors open) We never had any problems btw. If you want to be away from busy streets, close to nature in a clean home, this may be your best choice.

Mon épouse et moi meme avons passer une semaine magnifique dans cette villa Eava la propriétaire nous a tout expliquer des la reservation sur le site . Arriver sur place tout etait nikel Niveau propreté super salon /chambre/ salle de bain super / cuisine/ piscine au top ( quelque bete minuscule mais normal la villa et en plein mileu de la foret . Mais rien de mechant) Nous voulions surtout 100% intitmiter pour se baigner et nous n'avons pas etait dessus N hesiter pas a reserver la villa c fantastique.. Pour finir je vous conseil de louer une voiture c le mieux pour se deplacer partout dans la region de Mugla Pour finir Thank you Eava

Un havre de paix et de repos !!!

Une maison propre bien entretenue avec de beaux matériaux bois marbre fer forgé et lin ... Nous avions passés 9 jours de repos et détente avec une belle piscine et un jacuzzi et surtout une vue impressionnante avec un jolie lever du soleil chaque matin !!! Une propriétaire bienveillante douce et gentille et respectueuse ( nous sommes un couple franco-musulman ) Nous vous remercions de votre amabilité et nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation. Ps : - La femme de ménage passe tout les 3 jours changer le linge de lit et toilette. - La propriétaire passe chaque soir seulement à l extérieur regarder si tout va bien et ne dérange pas du tout si vous êtes à l'intérieur. - Un panier repas est a votre disposition à votre arrivée pour faire un dîner et un petit déjeuner avec des gourmandise ( merci encore pour le panier)

Un séjour extraordinaire

Mon mari et moi avons loué cette villa pour une semaine et nous sommes vraiment heureux d'avoir séjourné dans une telle propriété, avec une vue somptueuse et une propriétaire aux petits soins. Nous étions en quête d'une villa avec piscine privée sans le moindre vis à vis et celle-ci répondait pleinement à nos exigences. De plus, Eeva est à l'écoute et prend bien soin de ses clients, elle a su répondre à chacune de nos interrogations autant en rapport avec la propriété qu'avec le centre-ville et les moyens de s'y rendre. La villa est équipée de toutes les commodités et nous n'avons manqué de rien durant ce séjour. Nous avons passés, de loin, nos meilleures vacances !

Perfekte Villa in toller Lage

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche im Fig Tree Haus. Von all den Häusern die wir seit 15 Jahren überall in Europe mieteten, ist dieses das bisher schönste. Der Pool is groß, uneinsehbar und man hat einen majestätischen Ausblick auf die grünen Umgebung und die Berge. Das Haus besitzt ein von unten offenes Dach mit sichtbaren Holzbalken. Dies kreiert eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Die drei Klimaanlagen halten das Haus dabei zuverlässig kühl. Die Inneneinrichtung aus Holzmöbeln ist sehr schön, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Wir hatten ein Auto gemietet und so war es leicht für uns einkaufen zu fahren und Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, aber die Abendstimmung am beleuchteten Pool war nicht zu schlagen. Nach Sonnenuntergang aßen wir dort unseren frisch gekauftem Fisch. Dies war unvergesslich schön. Eeva kümmerte sich zuverlässig um den Pool und gab uns gute Hinweise zur Umgebung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Such an amazing spot

I can't wait to return to Eden Villas. The photos and description were exactly as they are in reality but the views were even better! Eeva was very helpful and friendly and helped to answer any questions we had. The short drive to marmaris old town was very easy with great restaurants. Eeva showed us where to park and has written some suggestions in a welcome pack for restaurants. One of the most relaxing weeks I have had just wish we were there longer!

Amazing location with hospitality to match

The location is very private with great views of nature, sky and the pool. The villa itself is very spacious, clean with a homely feel. Eeva made us feel very welcome and looked after us. She has excellent local knowledge and her recommendations were always justified. We had a car but there is a bus service nearby. My son loved the pool and the jacuzzi. There is plenty to do down in Marmaris but the best thing was coming bacK to the villa! The air and the views are just amazing!

Magical holiday

Our third holiday at Eden Villas. Twice in Banana Valley and this year in Fig Tree Villa. Magical, tranquil and awesome scenery. Not enough adjectives to describe our wonderful holiday. Bathed in sunshine with fig and banana trees and only the sound of crickets in the trees makes for a perfect holiday. Ten minutes in the car down the hill to excellent restaurants or buy supplies at the local Kipa supermarket and eat al fresco. All this is made so much better when meeting Eeva every evening when she pops in to see if any help is needed and offers invaluable help on where to visit or eat. The Jacuzzi in the swimming pool is fantastic and many long hours sitting in there with a drink and a book! If you want to unwind in a beautiful villa with even more beautiful surroundings then Eden Villas is for you. We will definitely be going back for our fourth visit.

I bought the land and build these properties because this is the kind of place where I would love to spend my vacations: private, tranquil, gorgeous views but on the other hand near the buzz and restaurants of Marmaris. The area also offers great daily trip possibilities e.g. Ephesus, Pamukkale, Datcha, Marmaris Peninsula and so on.
