The Maui Eldorado is in the beautiful resort community of Ka'anapali, with virtually everything you need at your doorstep, including Whalers Village for shops and restaurants, Black Rock and the famous Ka'anapali Beach for your swimming and snorkeling pleasure.
We are facing the 6th Tee of The Royal Ka'anapali Golf Course and have a partial view of the Ocean and Beach Cabana.

The Maui Eldorado has its own facilities to keep you relaxed and entertained including three swimming pools and its exclusive beach side cabana for Maui Eldorado guests only.
The Resort will charge guests a Desk fee of $65 and also a daily facility fee of $20
Please note the Maui Eldorado Resort has completed the project of replacing the roof of each building. They look great.

Nice, comfortable place. Fully appointed kitchen. One of the closest units to the beach. Host was very easy to communicate with.

This condo was perfect for us! It had everything we needed. The location was excellent. We were close to the main pool and all it had to offer, while being a short walk from the beach and cabana. Highly recommend and will definitely be renting again ❤️❤️

Great space for my daughter’s young family

My daughter, her husband, and their two toddler daughters stayed here during our family Maui vacay. The unit is in a great spot making it quick and easy to reach the Kaanapali boardwalk, cabana, main swimming pool, and parking structure. Thank you for having us!

Value Added resort because of private beach cabana

We stay at Maui Eldorado when we come to Maui primarily because of the private cabana on kanapali beach.

Great Value

This condo was in a perfect location to be at the beach in several minutes, and was exactly as described in the listing. The condo worked perfectly for a family of four to enjoy our time at the beach, all while being able to return and make our own meals in the kitchen. The condo contained everything that we needed. Having the cabana was really nice as well. I would agree with some prior reviews that a few small updates, such as a new sofa and mattresses, would make this place top of the list, but overall, I feel that we received an excellent value for the price that we paid. I will note that Hurricane Dora knocked out power to the condo the last 2 days we were there, but obviously that is no fault of the owner. She actually texted me to see how our family was handling things, but unfortunately, we had no cell service until we left the West Maui area and I didn't receive the message until that time.

Great Family Stay

The property is great in terms of amenities, cabana, fitness center, and pools. It’s an easy jumping off point for many activities. The unit was a nicely located near the beach. Comfortable and a good fit for our family of 4.

Wonderful family getaway!

We loved our stay! Everything needed to help our family have a comfortable and pleasant time. Not only was there a separate room with two beds, there was also a partition that separated that room into 2 separate areas. So helpful when your child is still needing regular naps. Excellent location, short walk to the beach. Janet went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience! Allowing us to check in early when our flight arrived and being understanding and flexible with our checkout due to the active volcano eruption on our home island. Janet checked in with us throughout our stay and notified us of anything impacting our time. Mahalo nui Janet for a wonderful experience! With Aloha, Jeanne, Junior, and Hali’a

A good stay overall, needs some updating

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo. We generally stay in south Maui and visit Kaanapali area for the day but decided we would try a few nights in Kaanapali this trip. This condo is very spacious, the pictures online don't accurately capture just how large this unit is! We were pleasently surprised with the size. The lanai is also quite large with a nice view overlooking the golf course with a short walk to the main pool area and to the beach. Beach - we didn't utilize the "cabana" at all. The beach area was quite erroded and the cabana itself was nothing special and could use an update. The lounge chairs are the old, slotted chairs...not comfortable at all. Apparently there was a golf cart that would shuttle guests to the cabana area, we never did see it. We walked through the Shearton to Blackrock and enjoyed that beach immensely. It was about a 10 minute walk...about the furtherst we would want to go with all our beach gear. Pool - we loved the main pool area...it was great for the kids. We did check out the two other pools on property, they were much more quiet than the main pool so a nice option to have. Condo - Large and spacious but in need of a renovation or at the very least an update/ refresh. While we were comfortable, things like sticky cupboards, chipping paint and rusting bathtubs/ faucets do require attention. This property has such great potential if a bit of updating was done. The condo has many extra items like snorkel gear, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, books, games etc. We dealt directly with the condo owner Julie on a few occasions. She was great to deal with...very responsive, attentive and accomodating.

Excellent location to walk to Whaler's Village or take a bus to Lahaina. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Great snorkeling area when the waves aren't too rough. The pool area and grounds are very well kept

This property was exactly as listed. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach!

This unit had all of the amenities we needed. The kitchen had all of the appliances and dishes we would have at home. It had beach supplies for us to use. The sliding divider between the beds really made it seem like a two bedroom unit. Parking was easy and we were located close to lots of activities. The beach, cabana and golf cart service to and from the beach was fantastic! We would certainly book this unit again!

Perfekte Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt am nächsten zur Beach Cabana und man braucht gerade mal zwei Schritte, um einen wunderbaren Maui-Sonnenuntergang zu sehen. Wer mag, kann auch stundenlang die Golfer am Abschlag beobachten :-) Alles ist wirklich sehr geräumig. Die Betten sind bequem und ausreichend groß, um zu zweit darin zu schlafen. Auch Extras, wie Schnorchel-Ausrüstung, Body-Board, etc. sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Very close to Black Rock

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Check in/out, parking, access, air conditioning, kitchen - all worked very well. 45 min from the OGG airport, 7 min from a Safeway. The unit is efficiently designed and we liked being able to partition the beds with the accordian separater. Used the washer/dryer several times (laundry pods provided). Black Rock is an easy walk so I went snorkeling almost every day. Whaler's village about 0.5 mi easy walk with a food court and fancier restaurants. Sunsets were spectacular. Also nice to sit outside in the early morning, sipping coffee, relaxing. Thanks Janet!

Very nice condo stay!

The resort is beautiful and the condo is in a great location with a nice view of the golf course. The resort appeared to be pretty full, but it was still pleasant and quiet. All of our needs were met. There were plenty of supplies (TP, trash bags, soap, etc) and the accordion room seperator wall was great in the bedroom. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Would love to come back someday.

Perfect for a family of 5

I searched all over for something to accommodate my family of 5. I'm so glad I found J104. First off, the location and beach cabana are amazing. This is my favorite beach on the island and it's a SHORT walk from your door (or, an optional golf cart ride). You can probably find a more fancy condo, but what this may lack in fine decor, it makes up for in every other sense. The place was nicely stocked with a bunch of things that made it feel like home, including all the necessities (like boxes of tissues) and even fun toys and snorkeling gear for the beach. The divided bedroom gave us enough privacy for changing clothes, etc, and ALMOST makes it feel like 2 bedrooms. The accomodations at Ep Dorado are fantastic. We ate at fine places in Maui, but our favorite meals were buying some chicken at the grocery store and grilling it on the deck. After all the great things that we adored about this place, the best feature is an owner who is super responsive and ban excellent communicator and so accommodating. Janet was amazin. Certainly the best owner we've rented from. We emailed a few times with quick responses and awesome accommodations for us. Highly recommend.
