Luxury Penthouse Apartment overlooking the Golf Course

Amazing penthouse luxury apartment on the edge of the Golf Course in Caleta de Fuste.

This beautiful apartment has been furnished to an excellent standard, the main kingsize bedroom with ensuite and a twin bedroom and family bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen providing everything you need home from home and a utility room.

This apartment also boasts 3 terraces, either for chilling, dining el fresco or just soaking up the island sun on the sun loungers.

The whole apartment has been catered for your every need; free WiFi, English Channels on the TV with numerous movies and box sets too. The TV is also a Smart TV so you can login to your Netflix or Prime account.

All bedding, towels and beach towels are provided.
The apartment is in a gated community with a huge communal pool, a pool for the children and a play park.

The busy tourist town of Caleta de Fuste, also known as Caleta or Castillo is situated on the east coast 9 kilometres from Fuerteventura International Airport in the municipality of Antigua, an ideal location as a base to explore the island, or just enjoy the amazing beaches with fine golden sand and crystal clear water and a small marina. There are numerous bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, other nearby facilities include a convention centre, two golf courses, and a casino.

The location is very easy - 10 minutes in a taxi from the airport (about 15 Euros), the beach and the Atlantico Shopping Centre are both close by just 5 mins walk, with a full-size supermarket and range of shops, food and drink. And it’s approx. 15 minutes’ walk to the 5* Elba Palace Golf Hotel for a round of golf or an early evening drink in the sun, overlooking the championship golf course, which has previously hosted the Spanish Open.

It’s always easy to park outside if you do decide to hire a car. If you do we would recommend a day or two exploring the rest of the island, which is all quite close and very beautiful.

Absolutely lovely property , disappointed no bbq at the property as listed, pool area poor very few beds , no parasols and a lot of the tiles missing on the bottom of the pool cutting feet.

Overall a comfortable flat and clean in a quiet area.The shower requires some remedial work on the grout and removal of mould on the shower tray.The mattress cover had a plastic coating and made for an uncomfortable sleep.Also, extra toilet rolls would’ve been appreciated along with some kitchen roll and bin bags

I’d stayed in the same residential complex last year, so was already familiar with the area and location.The apartment was fantastic, clean, modern, spacious and everything that I had hoped for. The outside areas were lovely, and the rooftop sun deck an added bonus.I stayed with my 19 year old daughter and her Spanish friend who were both also equally impressed with the apartment in addition to the communal pool.It’s a 7 minute walk to the local shopping centre with a huge supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars and is beachfront at the excellent La Guirra beach with El Carenguito island restaurant an absolute must !Liaison and communication with local agent was excellent throughout ( Thanks Kim) and made the whole experience pleasurable.I hired a car which is advisable in order to discover the island El Cotillo, National Park sand dunes, Mal Nombre, La Pared some of the highlights ! Caleta de Fuste restaurants of note Coco’s Kitchen-Asian fusion cuisine-amazing! ( book in advance) , El Patio next to tourist trap of Fado Rock.Overall a fantastic trip, great apartment and facilities and first class communication throughout.We’ll definitely be returning in the future!Thank youPaul

Great place to stay.

Perfect place within walking distance of all amenities and beach. Apartment one of the best we stayed in.the pool area nice and quiet only thing is the sun beds not up to scratch and No umbrellas. Would return tomorrow if we could. Hired a car from cigar picked it up in town and returned it to the airport.

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation Roof access via an external spiral staircase could be a challenge for less mobile people. Views and sun area from roof make up for this. Easy walk into main town but taxi fare reasonable A very enjoyable stay

Excellent golf course appt

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location. Everything u need in the appt for a relaxing holiday and all amenities within walking distance. Only had to contact the girls once and prob dealt with immed, thanks Kim 👍 Would defo recommend and hope to be back soon! One niggle and only because we’re from Scotland no aircon! last few days of our stay it was 42* and the fans supplied just blew the warm air around, would have been nice to have an option but overall great stay 👍

Lovely Apartment in great location

Great communication throughout entire booking process. Once there and met on arrival, no further communication really needed as everything was perfect. Arrival pack was welcomed after our evening flight. Apartment was spotless with well equipped kitchen, everything you need for a holiday. Great location with great views over golf course. Handy for local supermarket and beaches. I used the pool every day and no problem at all with access. Would love to return in the future.

Little niggle

Fantastic property, managers , any queries they dealt with immediately. Only niggle the bath , the shower screen is fixed and cannot move it , so very difficult to use , we didn’t try !!!! And the shower we used in the twin bedroom, the door opened inwards rather than outwards, so was a tight squeeze, the property has everything you could possibly need . I would recommend this property 100% .

Fading Luxury

The property, though modern, is in need of updating, particularly the kitchen where cabinet doors no longer fit well and the microwave turntable fails to rotate. With instructions to bring cushions in from the outside furniture in case of rain, the living area becomes a mess. Sorry to say that this apartment does not compare favourably with the one in which we stayed at the same time last year, even the cylinder of the front door lock becomes difficult to operate when it has been exposed to the sun.

Minor issues

A detailed guide to the use of the tv should be provided. We didn’t use it or need it but useful for others. Aware could have asked if it was important to us. Consider the bedding. A mattress protector is essential but I felt as if I was lying on polythene! The sea side environment creates a corrosive environment. Consider renewing barbecue. Rust is not pretty on a high end property.

Nice Apartment, peaceful break away

We found the apartment to be immaculate. Easy walk to the supermarket and the beach, everything on your doorstep if you don't want to wander into the town itself. The gas Bar B q has seen better days. This doesn't stop you from using it but we decided not to. The shower head in the second bathroom is held on with tape, again it didn't stop us from using it but to maintain the 5 stars I'd repair it we reverted to using the one over the bath in case we destroyed the head by moving it. No issues with access to the swimming pool as you have a gate key, but it's not heated so a little bracing. All in all, a lovely apartment and if we were to return, we would not hesitate to re book.

Nice break

A very nice apartment on the Fuertaventura golf course. We would have liked to park the hire car within the complex but wasnt any way for us to open the gates for the internal parking. We did find one 'safety' issue, there is a step up from patio into the lounge. The tiles appear to blend in with each other on both levels appearing that there is no step, this caused both of us to stub out toes more than once. Could I suggest maybe painting the edge white or similar so that the step stands out ? Apart from that, a VERY nice apartment which we hope to revisit in the very near future.

Very nice

We stayed for one week in October and had a very enjoyable holiday. The apartment and complex is very clean spacious and modern with a good outlook over the golf course and mountains. The outside space is very good and privacy on the upper terrace is good and helped by the fact that neighbouring properties are empty. Some may find it a little remote from the main part of Town, being about a 30 minute relaxing walk from the main area although we enjoyed the daily walk into the centre along the promenade so much we walked back each time instead of taxiing. We always felt completely safe. Having the Atlantic shopping centre five minutes away was very convenient. There were a few minor issues and one big one which prevent me giving a five star review. Firstly there is no basic welcome information pack at all for guests who don’t know the area or how simple things like refuse disposal works or even details of the WiFi code. There was a very comprehensive Covid information pack. Early morning noise of strimming and grass cutting from the golf course from 7am can be very annoying, as can being under the airport flight path, admittedly beyond the owners control. The communal pool which is referred to in the listing, whilst looking very appealing, is now locked and only for the use of the actual owners of the property not for people like us who have rented as ‘tourists’ as per the notice. Keys have to be collected from the maintenance office together with proof of ownership! I can imagine this being a major problem for families with kids. It wasn’t clear from the notice posted on the pool gate when this was brought in but it clearly stems from complaints from owners about guests such as us who are classed as ‘tourists’. Lastly it’s the little things like there being only one proper beer glass but four or more of everything else and only one toilet roll that lets it down a little. Things like this can easily be put right. Replace broken glasses and leave an extra toilet roll in each bathroom! All in all a very enjoyable stay and the issues I’ve highlighted wouldn’t put us off returning but some of these can and should easily be put right.

Moderne, helle, ruhige Wohnung

Wir verbrachten zu Viert eine perfekte Woche in diesem schönen Appartement. Die Wohnung ist brandneu, modern und hell eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon fällt direkt auf den nahegelegenen Golfplatz. Obwohl direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens gelegen hat uns der Flugverkehr nicht gestört. Ein Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt ist praktischerweise in der Nähe gelegen. Einzig die Matratzen könnten etwas höherwertiger sein.
