Villa Coco is only 5 km from the wonderful centre of Ostuni. It is situated in a quiet, not isolated area with complete privacy. 
From the main entrance of the house you can access the living room, on the left side, very airy and bright. The kitchen, served with every comfort has a window with a view of the pool and garden. Living area with sofa and TV and two large windows, one with access to the garden and swimming pool. 
The sleeping area is located to the right of the entrance and has three bedrooms. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Second double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom for the two. All rooms are equipped with French windows with direct access to the garden. 
The area adjacent to the pool is furnished with patio, table with chairs and barbecue to enjoy outdoor dining. The swimming pool (mt 5x10) is equipped with sun loungers and outdoor shower.
The last part of the road before entering the property is slightly narrow, but cars can pass without any problems. 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks. . City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 5 nights
