Ein richtig schönes Appartement mit toller Terrasse und wunderschönem Blick, großer Garten, herrlicher Whirlpool, der Vermieter ausgesprochen liebenswert, und nahe an Arrezzo und vielen interessanten Zielen, tolles Preis Leistungs Verhältnis, hier würden wir jederzeit wieder herkommen.

Complete disappointment

The accommodations were so much of a disappointment we left after just one night of our planned four night stay. The "villa" which is what you think you are paying for is just three bedrooms with bathrooms, a tiny kitchenette (not the large kitchen pictured), no "living room" a patio facing the driveway and the neighbor's garage and you must peer around the corner to see the actual view in the ad. The host lives in the house just downstairs with a frosted glass door divider, which is not indicated in the ad. The "spa" that is described and pictured numerous times in the ad was not available or not working for some reason, but we were not informed of this prior to our arrival. This particular feature as well as our privacy in a private home are the main reasons we chose this rental. The worst part of all is that the place is FREEZING COLD! He indicated upon arrival that one of the three bedrooms had a heater but was not an option because the ceiling slopes and hitting our heads was possible. The rest of the house had central heat but when we turned on the heat the owner who lives below kept turning it down or it was set not to go above a certain temperature. Additionally, we had to tip toe around and could not have a normal conversation because everything echoed and we felt our privacy was compromised.

6 nights stay at Arezzo

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at this serine modern 2 acre property with a fabulous garden overlooking a green hill with a sky full of stars at night. Had all the needed ameneties ( wifi, a/c, hot water, etc). Got use of a chef’s kitchen for an additional 80 Euros. Fabrizio our host was very friendly and accommodating and gave us good restaurant recommendations and historical village sightseeing tips. We (party of 6 occupying 3 bedrooms) had s great stay there and we were very close to the Arezzo city center restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend it and will try to go back therr again.
