Villa Tomeu Seguinot is a charming holiday rental ideal for groups of up to 10 people. The villa has 5 cosy bedrooms, distributed across two floors for greater comfort and privacy.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious double room with an en-suite bathroom, and two rooms with twin beds, which share a bathroom in the hallway. Additionally, there is a practical shower room next to the kitchen.



On the upper floor, there is a second double bedroom and a room with two single beds, both with a shared bathroom and an additional toilet. Both bedrooms have a very pleasant sitting area, one with a private balcony and the other with a terrace, from where you can enjoy stunning mountain views. From the main bedroom, an external staircase leads directly to the garden.



The spacious and bright living room is the perfect place to relax, with comfortable sofas, an elegant dining area and a warm ornamental fireplace that creates a cosy and perfect atmosphere for sharing unforgettable moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, ensuring that all guests can enjoy their time in the villa with total comfort.



Outside, there is a large green garden surrounding a large private swimming pool. You can relax on comfortable sun loungers, enjoy the shade under the pergola, dine al fresco in the dining area or prepare a delicious dinner on the barbecue. Everything is designed to make your leisure moments perfect.



Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00, ensuring maximum comfort during the hottest hours of the day.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Tolle Lage, super schöne Finca mit mallorquinischem Charme. Das muss man mögen. Manche würden sagen alt und abgewohnt. Für uns war es genau richtig, weil wir diesen Charme erleben wollten. Es ist ein sehr altes Haus, aber gut erhalten. Matratzen waren nicht durch und gut. Vermieter bzw Sealand Villas echt super. Klasse Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Schöne Finca in guter Lage

Alles in allem eine gute Wahl für eine Gruppe. Drei kleine Schlafzimmer im EG, ausreichend. Eins davon mit eigenem Bad/WC. Zwei weitere Badräume separat. Im kleinen Bad bei der Küche muss der Duschschlauch dringend erneuert werden. Das andere mit gut zu bewerten. Im OG zwei weitere tolle sehr große Schlafzimmer mit einem gemeinsamen Bad/WC. Auch mit gut zu bewerten. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Jedoch muss dringend die Einfassung der Spüle sowie der Ablage daneben renoviert werden. Ansonsten alles da. Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd und Mikrowelle. Das Highlight ist der Pool mit genug Liegen jedoch nur einem Sonnenschirm. Gepflegtes Grün um den Pool. Super Terrasse für Abends mit Abendsonne. Grill um die Ecke. Optimal gemacht. Ich denke wenn die Küchenzeile renoviert wird, kann man die Finca zu diesem Preis empfehlen. Auto notwendig. Zu Fuss ca 45 Minuten nach Port de Pollenca. 1 Stunde zum Strand. Mit dem Auto 8 / 12 Minuten.

Tolle Villa für Gruppen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa! Lage, Pool und Garten sind wunderschön. Die Aufteilung für Gruppen toll und die drei Suiten sind hübsch und sehr geräumig. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer sind klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Es ist toll, dass man sowohl drinnen in Küche, Wohnzimmer oder Esszimmer und draußen mit allen 10 Personen zusammen gemütlich Platz hat. Ein paar Haushaltsgeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber auch völlig ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft für Gruppen und Familien!

Les enfants ont pu jouer au ping pong et au billard. Il y avait largement assez de serviettes pour tout le monde. La literie était de bonne qualité. C',est dommage qu',il n',y ai pas le minimum de condiments comme le sel, poivre, huile ou vinaigre.

This property is wonderfully sited for great road cycling and also a great layout for a group to stay in. It has plenty of room for people to find their own space as well as nice communal areas to gather to chat and eat both inside and out. I can understand why some reviews say it needs refurbishment but it has a bucolic charm that more than makes up for it unless you are desperately keen on style over substance.

Lovely location but property in serious need of updating

Property is in a lovely location, with easy access to both port Pollensa and Pollensa old town. The villa itself whilst very spacious was in serious need of updating. No air-con in 2 bedrooms meant we could not use all 5 bedrooms. Pool only had 1 umbrella for shade when there are 10 guests which is not enough. Some of the lights did not work both inside and also outside. Pool filter not the best so it was quite murky after a few days. It has a lot of potential but it’s not quite up to standard for the price and was slightly disappointing that we could not use all bedrooms so some kids had to share.

Fantastic Villa! Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The views are incredible and the villa is large and very spacious. It’s very a traditional but that’s part of it’s charm. The location is fantastic and close to Puerto Pollensa (5 minute drive). Sealand villas were great and always very communicative with any queries we had. We would love to return day.☺️

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The views are incredible and the villa is large and very spacious. It’s very a traditional but that’s part of it’s charm. The location is fantastic and close to Puerto Pollensa (5 minute drive). Sealand villas were great and always very communicative with any queries we had. We would love to return day.☺️

Beautiful, authentic villa but in desperate need of updating The outside space was beautiful but the lights were broken and quite dangerous. We had a lovely family holiday but would not book with Sealand villas again as they were not helpful at all with our requests

Spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms, decently stocked kitchen equipment, and our favorite al fresco dining space.The location is very nice if you have a car, far away from the noise but near enough to the beaches in the area. Very private location, love it if you are really out to just relax.Unfortunately it rained mud water on our first night, so it affected the pool before we even got to use it. We called for the pool to be cleaned on our second day, but they never sent someone to clean it. We were not able to use the pool until our last full day (out of 7 days) so it was a bit disappointing as it was one of the main features why we booked this place. Otherwise, it was still a very good stay over all! Just some unfortunate circumstance with what the weather brought. Will definitely book again if we ever do the same thing in Mallorca!

Schöne Villa - Verwaltung könnte besser sein.

Die Villa ist vom Raumangebot sehr großzügig. Sie lag sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung war gut. Die Küche war groß. Es gab viel Geschirr. Mit einem Mietwagen war die notwendige Mobilität gegeben. Wie wohl in allen Wohnobjekten lässt die Ausstattung mit Besteck und die Qualität doch ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool war leider nur an zwei Tagen nutzbar, da er total verdreckt war. Trotz rechtzeitiger Meldung an die Verwmietungsgesellschaft wurde der Pool erst nach 4 Tagen gereinigt, so dass er nur an zwei Tagen nutzbar war.

Vila bij Puerto de Pollensa

De woning en het zwembad zijn prachtig, alles was ook keurig schoongemaakt. We konden om 17.00 uur inchecken (en misschien eerder werd ons gezegd, want we waren al om 12.00 uur geland),maar toen we na 18.00 uur het terrein opreden was de schoonmaakploeg nog aanwezig. Gelukkig hadden we al wel wat boodschappen gedaan, want in het huis was letterlijk niks. Slechts op een toilet een klein rolletje wc-papier. We hebben vaak via VRBO een accommodatie gehuurd en altijd waren er wel wat basisdingen aanwezig, zoals een vaatdoekje, afwasmiddel enz.

Maison et emplacement superbe, mais assistance inexistante

Très belle maison dans un emplacement très tranquille, mais manque d’ustensiles de cuisine et de table. Manque complet d'assistance, nous avons découvert la machine à linge après 2 jours, placée dans la chaufferie. Le portail électrique ne fonctionnait pas, ce qui nous obligeait à laisser les véhicules dehors et à escalader la clôture pour rentrer dans la maison. Malgré des mails de réclamation quotidien ce n’est qu’au milieu de la semaine que le problème à été réglé
