The Space:

Step into a welcoming one-bedroom apartment designed to provide all the comforts of home. Beautiful pastel accents and thoughtfully chosen décor create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the bright living area offers the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Lisbon. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable double bed, making the apartment ideal for couples, families, or small groups.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals with ease, along with a dining area where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in comfort.



The bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed with fresh, high-quality linens, ample storage space for your belongings, and blackout blinds to help ensure a restful night's sleep.



The modern bathroom is equipped with a refreshing shower, soft towels, and essential toiletries for your convenience. To ensure the highest standards of comfort and cleanliness, the apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort.



We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly after 10:00 PM. As with many historic buildings in Lisbon, sound insulation may be limited, and some noise from neighboring apartments or the surrounding area may occasionally be heard.

Just a short walk away, the historic Belém Tower stands as one of Lisbon’s most recognizable landmarks, offering a fascinating glimpse into the city’s naval past. Nearby, the magnificent Jerónimos Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, showcases stunning Manueline architecture and centuries of Portuguese history.

Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient from this location. Belém Train Station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, providing regular connections to Lisbon’s city centre as well as the beautiful coastal town of Cascais. Services run frequently throughout the day, with trains typically departing every 20 minutes.



For easy journey planning, we recommend using the Citymapper app, which offers reliable public transport directions across Lisbon. Taxis, Uber, and other ride-hailing services are also widely available, making it easy to travel throughout the city and beyond.

Important Stay Information



The apartment comfortably accommodates up to four guests. To comply with local regulations and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, only registered guests are permitted on the property. The living area includes a double sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space when required.



Please note that the building does not have an elevator. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed via approximately 20 stairs.



Check-in & Check-out



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.



Late arrivals are subject to the following fees, which must be paid in advance via card or the Airbnb Resolution Center:



9:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €40

After 12:00 AM: Please contact us before booking to confirm availability.



Guest Registration & City Tax



Portuguese law requires all guests to provide valid identification prior to check-in for registration with the local authorities.



A mandatory city tax, charged per person per night, is not included in the reservation price and must be paid before arrival. Completing the registration process and city tax payment in advance helps ensure a smooth and contactless check-in experience.



Keys & Lockouts



Please ensure that keys are returned to the designated lockbox upon departure.



A €50 fee applies for lockout assistance during your stay or if keys are not returned correctly at check-out.

Lost keys or situations requiring a locksmith will incur a minimum charge of €80.



Utilities & Sustainability



Electricity

As is common in many traditional Lisbon buildings, excessive use of high-powered appliances may cause the electrical circuit to trip. To avoid interruptions, please do not use more than two high-wattage appliances simultaneously, such as heaters, hairdryers, kettles, or similar devices. A €40 callout fee may apply if a technician is required due to power overload. We also kindly ask guests to switch off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment.



Hot Water

The property is equipped with a water heater that has a limited capacity. If the hot water is exhausted, please allow time for the system to reheat before further use.
