Brand-new, stylish studio located in the heart of Graça, the neighborhood where the “magic of Lisbon” happens 24/7. Just a stone’s throw from the legendary No. 28 tram, the São Vicente Monastery, and Lisbon’s most famous landmarks. Alfama is also just a 2-minute walk away, where you can enjoy all kinds of cafés, restaurants, and Fado venues. If there’s a place to stay right in the midst of Lisbon’s charm and positive energy, this is it!
We advise guests that this apartment is ideal for a single person or a young couple. The sleeping area is a mezzanine (double bed) accessible via a few steps (please see photos), and the apartment is located on the second floor (two flights of stairs).

Great hosts and location! Silvia was super helpful and most amenities were nearby. There is no AC, but the fans and opening the windows did the job for the most part!

We loved this flat! It was in a great area to explore lots of great things around Lisbon. Our host, Silvia, was super helpful and kind. My girlfriend and I are very happy we chose to stay here and would do it again!

Everything was in walking distance and it was a super safe area! The host was great about communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed! Definitely a small space but perfect for 2 people!

Place was in great location in the Alfama district where I would recommend to stay for a true feel of Lisbon. You never know what is around a corner. Lots and lots of hills. Be prepared for that in this area. Place was very clean. Two narrow flight of stairs to access. Not the best for tall people as loft is low and shower super small. Water pressure great. Laundry machine great and bed was very comfortable. Make sure you know the street number above the door to find the place. The host that met us was very nice and friendly.

Sorry for that, I’m not the type of person to do some reviews online but I think that this one is necessary. The appartement was awesome, the location was nice, appartement really clean and the host was really nice as well. The catch is, and we stayed there for 2 nights, tht there is a high certainty that there was some bed bugs. We were waking up every morning we more stings at some places around our body, and not at some usual mosquitoes area of the body. Also, we saw some bugs. We had to quarantine our luggage ince we got home from our trip because we were too scared to bring those in with us. It is sad because frankly everything else was great. But after a couple of days I have still stings from bed bugs on my body. I will also be asking a refund from VRBO because that is too much. I won’t be posting pictures of my body because it is a bit graphic/explicit.I do really hope that this problem will be fixed by the host because the place was perfect otherwise, if youre confortable climbing up a ladder to go to sleep.

Dear Arno, first of all, I'm sorry about your unfortunate experience with your stay. We pride ourselves for having a very demanding cleaning policy, you acknowledged this yourself, and this is also visible through the many positive comments we receive from our guests. We checked the mattress and everywhere else on the studio very thoroughly and did not find any bed bugs anywhere, so it could have been, as you say, something from the luggage (where the bed bugs normally attach) or somewhere else. Again, we are sorry for this bad experience but don´t believe we are responsible for it, since all our clients before you, and after you, didn't complain about bed bugs, sincerely we have to question this situation. Maybe you were in contact with bed bugs while you were in lagos ? Or maybe in the bus that you traveled in to arrive to lisbon on your check in day? On our side we are renting since 2023 and never had bed bugs due to our cleaning policy. Please check on our reviews. Our clients are very accurate on their reviews.

Great little apartment

Fantastic check in experience and an amazing location! It’s a very small place with a steep couple of flights of stairs to get up there, but the area it’s in does make up for it. Sylvia was lovely and great help for our check in and check out experiences.
