As far as the exterior is concerned, Can Soler has a spectacular garden with a pool perfect for relaxing and cooling off and several furnished terraces ideal to spend enjoying the magnificent weather that the island offers.The property is located close to the urbanization of Sa Marina, in the Bay of Pollença, between Alcúdia and Port de Pollença. Due to the nature of the area, it is an ideal place to practice water sports such as windsurfing or kite-surfing. In addition, it is an excellent starting point to explore the north of the island, as it is less than 5 minutes by car from the famous town of Alcúdia or Port de Pollença, one of the most sought after destinations in Mallorca. In both areas you will find a wide range of leisure and restoration. In addition, the area is very close to the wonderful coves of Formentor and Cala Sant Vicenç and 10 minutes by car from the town of Pollença. The location also is perfect for visiting the entire coast of the bay of Alcúdia and enjoying its stunning white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.
