Da Leone's hip designer furnishings and clean lines are a bright surprise within one of Rome's old palaces in the heart of the Historic Centre, "Il Centro Storico" of Rome. Leave your door and enter into the beautiful and chic Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina, one of Rome's historic Piazzas, and just a short walk to the Spanish Steps (yet your apartment is peaceful). You will be walking distances to all the major sites, plus Via Condotti shopping, great restaurants, gelaterias, cafes, bars and intimate trattorias. A wonderful outdoor market is an easy walk away for daily shopping of the freshest fruits and vegetables imaginable. The apartment is quiet, has all the mod cons, including WIFI, microwave, automatic espresso machine, clothes washer, dishwasher, plus a portiere and an elevator.
Live a real Rome experience. Just off the Piazza Lucina on the first floor of this 17th century Palazzo is this spacious and elegant 110 sq.mt. two bedroom apartment with living room, plus separate kitchen with dining area seating 4. Large double-glazed windows provide both silence and plenty of light. A beautiful new bathroom with roman tiles, and bright modern kitchen complete the picture. Modern furnishings create tranquil surroundings. A short walk to Spanish Steps, shopping, museums, and Metro stop makes it an ideal location. You will love this tastefully restored apartment in a modern idiom "a la Philippe Starck".
It is approximately a 5 minute walk from "Spagna" Metro station (at "Piazza di Spagna", line A). 7 minutes walk to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon and a 12 minutes walk to the Vatican.

Super central apartment in a safe and upmarket part of town with lots of restaurants and local grocery stores within a few streets. Kitchen facilities are very good if you want to self cater. Shower only so if small children might not be ideal along with the cream sofas! Air con in bedrooms and living room which is more than sufficient for the whole space. Apt is spotless, compact and well laid out with spacious bedrooms. Host company very responsive to any queries. Arranged a taxi pick up and drop back to the airport which was seamless and at a regulated price so any addition is down to what you want to tip for personable meet and greet. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful apartment in the old town, near vibrant Piazza and easy walk to main sights. The host has thought of everything, from organising a driver to meet us at the airport, super easy check in and a basket of fruit on arrival. We loved our stay!

Lovely place in the heart of the city. Was close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist destinations. The host was available for all questions, left fresh fruit and wine for us on arrival, and helped arrange transfers. Plus, that have a booklet of recommendations for restaurants, etc that we found very helpful. My only negative were the beds were harder than we prefer. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Simply perfect

We recently spent two wonderful weeks at this apartment and couldn’t have had a better experience. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Spanish Steps, with excellent restaurants, convenient public transport, and great grocery stores all nearby.The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, with incredibly comfortable beds that offered a much-needed retreat after long days of sightseeing. The air conditioning in both the lounge and bedrooms was a welcome relief in the summer heat.The neighborhood felt very safe and secure, and Susan and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and professional throughout our stay.I can’t recommend this property highly enough!I can’t recommend this property highly enough!

Great location, great apartment!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed this unit very much! It was spacious with more room than my family of four needed but we were grateful to have it. Check in and communication was great, property was clean, everything worked. Easy walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain as well as shopping, restaurants and the best of Rome! We couldn’t of been happier we picked this unit!

A lovely stay for a small family

My wife, daughter (2 years old) and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Rome. Apart from the central location which helped make touring quite a bit easier with our daughter, Adrianna our host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The unit was clean and well stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom. Grazie, Adrianna!

Perfect Roman Holiday

Everything from booking to check out was flawless. The communication leading up to our trip was responsive and helpful. They were so flexible with our arrival due to delays and lost luggage. We had more than enough room for our family of 4 adults. The location was PERFECT! We walked everywhere except when we took the train outside of Rome. Everything about this was perfecto!

Rome at Thanksgiving

This place delivers on everything we wanted/ needed. Our inbound flights were delayed a day and communication with our hosts was easy and seamless. From check in to check out we enjoyed every minute of the our time on the apartment. From cleanliness to usable space, to location that is convenient (ie walking) to everything we wanted to accomplish, the place is a 10 out of 10. We will stay here on our next trip back.

Appartement correspondant parfaitement à l’annonce. Très agréable, spacieux, proche de tous les centres d’intérêt à pied. Panier de fruits frais et bouteille de bienvenue très appréciés. Petite place à proximité très sympa pour prendre une glace ou un apéro. Très bon contact avec la personne chargée de l’appartement qui nous a permis de garder celui-ci jusqu’à 17 heures le dernier jour de notre séjour.

Exactly what we hoped for

We had an Amazing time here at the classy apartment at the Spanish steps from a moment we were contacted to the moment we left. Communication was wonderful. We were greeted at the apartment by a very helpful and gracious young lady who showed us every part of the apartment and gave us tips on local places to visit. The apartment was super clean very functional and well decorated. We look forward to coming back and will be recommending this place to our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful day..

Cannot praise enough for the management and location of this property. We literally almost walked everywhere for the main locations of Roma. All pictures and descriptions listed are 100% authentically. If you wish to get a feel to live like a local, this is where you should choose.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Rome

This two bedroom apartment was very clean, well kept and in the heart of Rome close to the Spanish Steps. It was hard to leave this little piece of Rome. You're close to great resturants, great shopping and you're off on a side street so it's not too noisy, We very much appreciated the basket of fruit,cold water in the fridge,wine and the beautiful yellow roses. What a lovely surprise after travelling for over 20 hours. Thank you. We will be back!

Top notch stay

Everything was super clean. Location was very convenient, safe and quiet at night. The check in process was easy and Commendable Rentals continued to be responsive and helpful throughout our stay. So nice to be greeted with fresh fruit, flowers, wine, coffee and chilled water already waiting in the apartment..Only think I would change would be a slightly larger shower. I was OK but my husband is tall so the phone booth style shower was a little tight for him.

Very spacious and well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. Close enough to walk to many of the main tourist sites, but far enough away that the immediate surrounding area isnt too crowded with people. Rental company was very attentive. Would stay here again!

Great and central place to stay in Rome

The apartment was perfect for my family of 4. We had a main bedroom for the adults and another one with 2 twin beds for the kids. The host met us at the apartment and showed us around. There were flowers, fresh fruit, snacks, water and a bottle of wine to greet us which was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The location is within walking distance to several sites including Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon among others. There are tons of shops and restaurants around. The bedrooms and living room had air conditioning which was very necessary. The beds were a little hard. Overall great place and location when stayijg in Rome.
