Holiday house for 11 people near Cómpeta, in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.

Fabulous vacation home for large families with all the comforts for an unforgettable stay. Recently renovated and furnished with modern decoration, the house offers everything necessary for up to 11 people to enjoy their well-deserved vacation.

In the house, spread over a single floor, you will have four bedrooms at your disposal. Three of them (two with a double bed and one with two single beds) have an ensuite bathroom each. The last bedroom has a single bed that can be expanded to a double and a bunk bed, whose lower bed is a double bed; In this way, up to 5 people can sleep in it. The house has another bathroom for family use. All bathrooms in the house are equipped with a shower tray.

The bright living area with double-height ceilings and large windows is divided into a large living room with a stove, two sofas and SmartTV, a dining area and a perfectly equipped independent kitchen.

The entire house is heated by hot/cold air conditioning.

The outside area is just as impressive as the inside. It has a beautiful private pool, near which there are several sun loungers to enjoy the magnificent views. The large covered porch with a dining table and the covered chill-out area are the icing on the cake, to spend long hours talking and enjoying the company of your loved ones. The outdoor distribution is completed by the barbecue area, a rest area with comfortable armchairs and covered with a tent. The leisure offer is completed with a ping pong table.

The property is completely fenced and has enough space to park cars inside.

The access to the house is concreted.

Beautiful property amazing views

It was the perfect size for our group. The only suggestion would be more towels 1 large and hand towel not enough. The roads to the house were windy and narrow no guard rails on 1/2 the journey. Takes about 40 minutes to go up and down the road due to multiple switchbacks. Jaun was amazing speaks mostly Spanish but one in our group was able to communicate fine. Would highly recommend

Villa spacieuse, propre, tres belle vu sur les montagne, tout équipé et propriétaire très gentil. Route pleins de virage pour atteindre la villa mais bon on a passé de bonne vacances.

Séjour agréable en Andalousie - Cómpeta

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la Villa Franca à Cómpeta, village perché dans la montagne qui malheureusement demande beaucoup de temps pour descendre à la plage, 16kms en 40 mn route avec beaucoup de virages. Par contre belle vue sur les montagnes, au calme et belles prestations. Le propriétaire est très réactif en fonction de vos demandes. Seul bémol la maison est pour une capacité de 12 personnes bien indiqué sur l annonce, au départ je l ai réservé pour 9, et par la suite nous étions 12, et avons dû payé un supplément !!!

Uns hat absolut alles gefallen, wir waren an Silvester !!, Wir besuchen seit vielen Jahren Landhäuser und das nimmt zweifellos die GOLDENE Brosche, sie ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und noch besser, alles mit Design bis ins Detail gepflegt Geschmack und Komfort von 10, auch Küchenutensilien, Gläser, Teller usw., alles perfekt. Ein paar Tage nach der Ankunft im Haus baten wir die Besitzer, einen Hund mitzubringen, und sie gaben uns keine Probleme, im Gegenteil. Rosa und Juan, die Besitzer, sind sehr aufmerksame, freundliche, sorgfältige Menschen und ein Gefühl des vollen Vertrauens, alles ist einfach mit ihnen, es gab keine Probleme und wir sind uns sicher, dass sie es zu 100% lösen würden, wenn sie es gäbe. Mehr Besitzer wie diese !!. Die Qualitäten des Hauses, die Dienstleistungen, die Zimmer, die Sorgfalt, wie es gebaut und eingerichtet ist, mit allen Bedürfnissen und Details machen den Aufenthalt so, als ob es Ihr "Haus Ihrer Träume" wäre, und kümmern Sie sich darum, wie es ist verdient 12 Sterne, Sonnenauf- und -untergänge eines Films und ein Gefühl der vollen Entspannung. Ohne Zweifel war es kurz, da viele zurückkehren und es noch mehr genießen. Danke Familie.

Wir sind zu viert in dieses Ferienhaus angereist. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war super. Für uns 4 war es perfekt. Mit 12 Personen können wir es uns aber weniger vorstellen (6-8 Personen inkl. Kinder sollten sich jedoch trotzdem noch wohlfüllen können). Die Anreise (also die letzten Kilometer zum Haus) ist schon etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber dafür liegt es wirklich ruhig und man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr positiv. Gute Gastronomie ist in 15min per Auto (unbedingt nötig !!) zu erreichen. Für einen Strandurlaub jedoch weniger geeignet.

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr neuwertiger Ausstattung, jeder hat sein eigenes Schlafzimmer und das Bad dazu. Die Betten sind allerdings etwas schmal und haben sehr feste Matratzen. Der Pool und die umgebende Landschaft ist wunderschön, man kann richtig gut entspannen. Die Umgebung ist sehr bergig und an muss immer runter ans Meer fahren, ca eine 3/4 h einfach bis zum Meer, obwohl es „nur“ 16 km sind. Bei Tagesausflügen sind das sehr lange Wege.

Een heel fijn huis, met een geweldig uitzicht! Om de kust te bezoeken moet je wel door de bergen naa

Een heel fijn huis, met een geweldig uitzicht! Om de kust te bezoeken moet je wel door de bergen naar beneden, zo'n half uur rijden, maar dit is een heel mooie route die prima te doen is! Belangrijk is om op de verharde weg te blijven, ook al geeft de navigatie anders aan!! Kleine supermarkten kun je vinden in Competa, tien minuten rijden. Grote supermarkten, zoals de Lidl, kun je in Torrox vinden. Dit is de kustplaats die het dichtst bij is.

Ein Haus, das ich mir selbst in meinen besten Träumen nicht vorgestellt hätte. Wunderschön, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam. Der Zugang zum Haus ist lang und kompliziert, aber wenn Sie einmal dort sind, trennen Sie die Verbindung, auch wenn Sie nicht möchten. Es ist keine Gegend, um jeden Tag auf der Straße zum Strand zu gehen, um dorthin zu gelangen. Aber es ist perfekt für einen Urlaub der Abgeschiedenheit und Entspannung. Sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Und in Zeiten von Covid ideal, so von der Welt isoliert zu sein. Competa ist 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Und es ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit sehr freundlichen Menschen.

Wie haben den Geburtstag von meiner Mutter mit der ganzen Familie gefeiert und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir natürlich im Außenbereich auf der Sonnenlounge und am Pool. Abends haben wir den Grill benutzt und hatten so jeden Tag ein Festmahl. Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich und wir hatten das Gefühl dass sie wirklich bemüht waren dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal! Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen, wenn auch mit weniger Leuten ;)

What a beatiful and well decorated villa. Aboslutely loved the modern inside in such an rural area. I can higly recommend to book this house and would love to come back. Inside and outside there is plenty of space and each day you can choose how to spend your day, sunbathing, pool, barbecue, city trips. We had an amazing stay!
