VILLA ROSSELLA 1 Two-Bedroom Apartment (Avena)is a 3star Apartment.It is located in 15minutes walking distance from town centerand in 20 minutes walking distance from the nearest beach. Interior size is 100m2 and terrace/balcony is10m2. It is located on floor: 1. The accommodation has three air conditioners. One air conditioner is located in the living room and the other two air conditioners are located in the bedrooms. Bed linen and bath towels are provided by the accommodation itself. Within the property, there is a shared seating area and a swimming pool that is available for all guests. The pool is filled with chlorine water. It is sharedwithin 4apartments and the maximum number of people that share the pool is twenty.The pool is not available for use from 1st October - 1st May. All guests have the possibility to use a common BBQ in the courtyard of the house.
PARKING: Private parking space is available in front of the house.
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 6 person
BED DESCRIPTION: 2 double beds + 1 extra bed (sofa bed foldable double). If the extra bed is used, there is an additional cost (per person).
CHILDREN: One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using main bed. Babycot is provided upon request and is free of charge.
PETS: One pet is allowed and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT AMOUNT IS 100€ - Damage deposit is required upon arrival. At Check-out, if there will be no damage in the accommodation, the full amount will be returned.

Kurzer, entspannter Urlaub in heimeliger Atmosphäre

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet, liegt relativ zentral so dass man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum ist. Das Auto kann direkt vorm Haus geparkt werden. Die Kommunikation bei der An- bzw. Abreise war herzlich und präzise. Wir hatte keine Beschwerden und waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden.

Es war perfekt, ruhige Lage, zu Fuß in 15-20 Minuten in der Stadt, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Apartment, Pool und Garten waren sehr schön und gepflegt. Der „Check-in“ als auch der „Check-out“ waren unkompliziert, konnte alles über WhatsApp abgemacht werden. Aleksandra war außerordentlich lieb und bemüht. Auch unsere 2 kleinen Hunde stellten kein Problem dar nach vorheriger Absprache. Jederzeit wieder gerne.

Lovely apartment, great location

We stayed for a week. Great apartment. Lots of space and everything you need. Comfortable and cosy. The pool and garden are lovely. We loved the location as not right in the Old Town of Rovinj but near enough to walk in for the bars amd restaurants on the harbour. Lovely bakery near by and nice local restaurants.

Appartamento perfetto e completo di tutto, situato in un'ottima posizione che permetteva sia di raggiungere comodamente il centro di Rovigno a piedi che di muoversi in macchina per esplorare le spiagge vicine. Molto vicini anche i principali supermercati della zona. Comunicazione facile ed efficiente ed host sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. Come comfort aggiuntivo la piscina era fantastica, come da foto dell'annuncio. Perfetta per rilassarsi a fine giornata e sempre pulita.
