TD Trulli del Podere Trulli w/ Pool & Scenic View

Nestled in the heart of the Apulian countryside, Trulli del Podere is only 3 km from one of the most famous and fascinating villages of Apulia: Polignano a Mare. This small house with a typically Mediterranean character, is situated on a small hill that allows you to enjoy the sea view. The villa is composed of a large stone lamia with an annexed trullo and a brand new structure next to the swimming pool.  The main body, is equipped with a lamia entrance with kitchen equipped with every comfort, table with sea view and bathroom. Below, double bedroom with direct access to the outside. A second double bedroom with private bathroom with shower is present in the stone trullo. A large covered area, to enjoy the view of the pool and the sea, is equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a relaxation area surrounded by windows that shelter from the mistral wind typical of the area and a service bathroom; stone barbecue and wood-burning oven. The swimming pool (mt 5x10) is equipped with sun beds and outdoor shower. The new building also enjoys a view of the pool and consists of 3 totally independent bedrooms, each with bathroom with shower and mini fridge; one of the three rooms has access to a small private citrus grove with table and hob to enjoy maximum relaxation in total privacy. 
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks.
This villa is easily connected with the most charming villages and the most interesting tourist destinations, such as Monopoli at 7 km, Castellana Grotte at 12 km and Alberobello at 28 km.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day.
