Spacious self catering holiday rental apartments at the Garden City complex in Playa las Americas on the popular Costa Adeje coast.

The lovely holiday apartment rental complex offers: -

Each apartment has your own private balcony with patio- table and chairs.

One bedroomed apartments have a large separate living room with sofa bed.

Garden City is a very popular holiday rental complex for both families and couples - it is well run and within easy walk to everything you could need. A car is not necessary but those who wish to hire a car there is a free car park at the rear of the complex.

There are a choice of sandy beaches within a 5 minute walk.

All of the apartments have fully fitted kitchenette with oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc. There is a breakfast bar to sit and have meals.

There is also a patio table and chairs on your sunny double sized balcony. There are free sunbeds around by the pools

All the apartments have a new fully tiled luxury shower room with walk in shower

Book direct and save money.

Plenty to do - or just relax in the Tenerife sun: There are five golf courses and all within a fifteen minute drive of Playa las Americas.

There is scuba diving, deep sea fishing to catch Marlin or Tuna, sailing, boat trips.

Plus there is diving, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, golf, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountaineering, paragliding, roller blading

The North of the island is completely different and if you wish some culture visit The House of Balconies and the art exhibitions in the North of the Island. Mount Teide is well worth a visit especially in the winter when you can play in the snow then come back to the South and swim in the sea. The Loro Parque - the world famous parrot park with all its other animals including a special penguin house, shark tunnel, tigers etc

The fantastic and much talked about Siam Park is within an easy stroll of Garden City - you can buy a joint ticket to go to both parks including coach to the North

Relax and enjoy your holiday: There are no extras to pay for electricity or water etc and for your safety there is no gas in the apartments.

Garden City is the ideal complex as it is well run with English speaking staff and it is within walking distance to the beach and entertainment. It is one of the most popular complexes as close to everything you could need.

Just in case of any problems Ann, the cleaner, is easily contactable in case you have any problems while you are on holiday. Luckily this rarely happens - but it is good to know there is someone there - just in case.

There is a 24 hour security guard on site so the complex is safe. There is usually a lifeguard at the main pool for most of the day.

Home comforts: Flat screen Television in each apartment and this receives a range of British programmes including, ITV, BBC etc.

Clean linen and towels are provided and the beds made up for your arrival. There is also a bath mat and Tea Towel provided. Linen is changed at the end of the week for bookings of two weeks or more. There is a self service launderette on site. Please take your own beach towels.

There is a book shelf with books to read - if you wish to take one home please replace with another book so the next guests have books to read.

Please NOTE changeover days are Friday during peak times. Please check before booking.

Problems rarely occur, but if they do these must be reported while on holiday - when every effort will be made to resolve.

There is a local contact in case there should be any problems while you are away. Please note that any accidents or maintenance problems must be reported at the time to either the cleaner or myself. No liability will be accepted unless reported in resort. Any complaints received after the holiday is over will not be entertained.

Please note no smoking in the apartment although smoking is allowed on the balcony

we had an excellent holiday the apartment was very clean with excellent balcony and good view of the pool everyone was very friendly The only downside was when we had to leave there was no place to leave our cases as it was private we had to leave them outside the apartment from 10am till 5pm as we had a late flight this we found was really unexceptable as we were aware thay could be left at reception but they refused them apart from that our holiday was great

Nice apartment located at the end of the row of apartments..nice and quite. It was a cracking big double balcony just missed 2 loungers on balcony loads of room for them too especially when pool got overly busy

It was way to hot, we had to rent our own fan and have both the entry door and the balcony door open at all times, which was a big nuisance since we had neighbors next door. We could just as well have slept on a cheese cutter since the springs were all over the place and spiking into our backs. but the most scrutinize nuisance was the late night live music from the hotel next door, Our apt was right next door to the hotel, We couldnt talk to each other from 9pm-23:30 every night since it was so loud even though the balcony door was closed. Which again made the apartment to hot. We had our 6month old infant with us, so when we finally got him to bed we wanted to relax and hear our own thoughts, it was not possible with the live music outside our apartment. The whole apartment shake. As well making our infant wake up 1-2x while the live music next door was going on. The owner of the apt could have warned us about this. I feel she neglected that since we were going to stay for 17nights, well we didnt, when there was 3nights left of our stay, we cleaned the apt thoroughly and said "cya" to the apt and booked our self in a hotel close by, which made our "almost horrible" vacation bearable in the end. I do absolutely not recommend this apartment. We sent the owner 2-3x about these issues and just got a blank typical Politian answer that nothing can be done, this is how it is and people are happy with the apt. No solutions came out of it. Another wonderful stay

We have stayed with this owner before. This time we had extended family so booked a studio and this one bedroomed apartment. The one bedroomed apartment was very spacious and had a double sized balcony and there was plenty of room for 4 of us. The apartment offered everything we could need and even had British TV for those nights we did not want to go out. The poolside bar offered entertainment so we did go out a lot of times - food in the area was reasonably priced (a fixed priced 3 course meal in the evening for under £9 plus you could get a cooked breakfast for £2.50 so no point cooking yourself - even though the apartment had all we needed if we wanted to cook - but personally we don't go on holiday to eat in every day. It was lovely having the beach so close and it was probably a 5 minute stroll. The children loved the Siam Water Park which is also just a short distance away. The owner gave us clear instructions and was very easy to deal with. We have recommended to family and friends and will certainly be back again

Great location! Close to Siam Park, San Eugenia Shopping Centre, pubs, restaurants and beaches!

Great complex with a well equipped apartment. The staff in reception couldn’t do enough for us! While the property is located at the end of the strip, everything you need is at your doorstep! Siam Park, San Eugenio shopping centre and the bus stop are all a stone’s throw away as well as pubs, smaller shops and several beaches! Prior to our visit Deanna replied promptly to all correspondence, and Janet was very accommodating when I rang her on her day off! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Lovely Studio overlooking the main pool

We had a lovely stay in this apartment which offered excellent value for money. The apartment was a good size and overlooked the main pool. We could sit on our own balcony and watch people in the pool (including my grand kids who were staying in another apartment). It was lovely to sit with a cuppa or a drink in the evenings and unwind. The apartment was clean and tidy and the beds were comfy. There was a sofa to sit on and watch the flat screen TV - which had all the main UK channels. Apparently you could buy a voucher code from the reception for WiFi but we used the free WiFi around by the pool. We visited Siam Park twice as the kids loved it and it was great to watch them enjoy themselves - even I managed some of the slides. The pool bar offered food and drink at reasonable prices and we loved the hosts Steve and Roy at The Winning Post. Also went to the Star Bar at the front of the complex a couple of times for great entertainment. The sandy beach was just a five minute walk away. There is a small minimarket on site for the odd carton of milk or fresh bread or rolls. For our main shopping we used the large supermarket at the San Eugenio Shopping Centre which was just a 2 minute walk away as it was cheaper and had more choose. The owner was really easy to deal with and keys were in a box outside the apartment door and we were given the combination of the box. Garden City was close to everything we needed. We will certainly be recommending to family and friends and have already booked to go again.

Lovely holiday

We have stayed on the complex before and had really enjoyed it so had wanted to return, the apartment is in a suburb location facing the pool, the beds including the bed settee were comfortable & it has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Being July it was very hot at night but we were able to hire a fan from the reception. Janet was brilliant & could be contacted at all times if you needed her, we would definitely love to stay again

The property was in a great location & the complex has great facilities including pool, bar & shop.

I really enjoyed my stay at Garden City apartments, the apartment was great with a pool view, and has all the necessary mod cons. The entertainment that was on most days was great too. Very clean place aswell! No major issues with unwanted visitors!! I would definitely stay here again in future.

Great Stay

We stayed in a studio apartment but others in our family stayed in the one bedroomed apartment. The apartment was clean and tiday and my daughter and my grandchildren had a lovely time. Really can't fault the apartments from this owner. It was good to have some British TV for those nights we didn't want to go out. The apartments are not luxury but clean and tidy and offer really great value for money. We usually book hotels but this works out so much cheaper and more conveinet as can eat when we want. We will certainly be booking with this owner again.

Property was very clean and in an excellent location

The location was excellent, the pool bar on Tuesday & Thursday was excellent with the entertainment , which brightened the day. Their were plenty bars and restaurant close by and it was a very short walk to the beach , which was great. The apartment was good and with just one or two alterations it could be excellent.

Spacious apartment on a great complex

We have stayed on Garden City many times before bt this was the first time with this owner and stayed in 224. The apartment was not luxurious like some of the timeshare apartments on the complex - but very clean and tidy and had everything we needed including toaster and kettle. It was also good to have British Television for those nights we wanted to stay in. Garden City is a great complex with entertainment at the pool bar somes days during the week. The owner, Deanna Dewey, was very easy to deal with. We are recommending to family and friends and will cetainly be booking with her again.

Garden City resort was of a reasonable standard and offered facilities to meet guests needs.

Apartment was well below expectations. The apartment required major upgrading throughout. One serious point was mattress being soiled and limited change of bed linen given the very high temperatures daily. The apartment had no cooling facilities whatsoever only available via hire!!. French doors required to be totally upgraded they were inadequate in some cases with plastic panels where glass should have been. There was no blackout blinds to help keep the rooms cool.Fridge was very old and lacked adequate shelving or freezing facilities. We would not recommend this apartment to anyone and would ask the owner to seriously think about further letting until it is brought up to an acceptable standard that holiday makers would feel comfortable in. Date of stay: 1-31August 2016

Lovely complex appartment roomy and we'll equipt

I was a bit disappointed it had no air con or ceiling fans..but apart from that I could not fault the appartment it had sun from 8.30 am until late afternoon and the appartment is very central and we'll equipt...Thank you Deanna

Adequate but not outstanding

The property was clean and fairly well maintained and also in a good location with good facilities. However the property is, in our opinion, looking a bit tired but for what we paid we could not complain. The most disappointing element was the beds. The idea of having a bed spring in my back all night was not conducive to having a good nights sleep! The overall location of the property was good with plenty of restaurants etc in the area. The Siam Water Park is just up the road within a 5 minute walk . It was great fun and well worth the money!! All in all a good time but maybe a little attention to the property would go a long way in making it an even more attractive place to go.

Great apartment on a lovely complex

We have stayed with this owner before and the property is as advertised. In fact the apartments are much better than we expect for the price. The apartment was clean and tidy and beds comfortable. This apartment had a new kitchen since we last visited and 2 new black leather sofa beds in the lounge which was really nice. This owner is always easy to deal with and provides a good customer service and we have recommended many family and friends. The main pool can get quite busy as the pool bar is there and this pool is heated. But if you want to just sunbathe there were plenty of available beds at the pool to the rear of the complex - this pool is not heated but ideal for sunbathing. I prefer it as much quieter. Garden City is close to everything you could want and we really enjoyed the Winning Post on the complex and Roy and Steve make you feel really welcome. Food at the pool bar was good to. Lots of other restaurants and bars right outside the complex so spoilt for choice. The sandy beach is only about a 5 minute stroll away and so is the Siam Water park and for my wife the Siam Shopping Mall. We will definitely be back

Under equipped. Very poor quality beds and bedding. Very uncomfortable sofas. Disappointing overall

The property itself was well appointed and very clean. However, not even basically equipped. No hair dryer, no bathroom floor mat, just two forks, no sharp knives just a bread knife and a veg peeler. The beds were metal framed, not fixed to the wall. Mattresses and pillows were hard, lumpy, stained and grubby. The pool area was not big enough for the amount of properties, all the sunbeds covered in towels by 9am. Glad to get home to a decent night's sleep.

Great complex and fab apartment

The second time we have stayed with this owner and the kitchen in the apartment had been refurbished since we were last there. The apartment was a great size and had 2 new leather sofas in the living room. Flat screen TV which received lots of British programmes. It was lovely to have a heated pool and we swam every day - had one day of rain but still managed the swim. The complex is great as so close to everything and the Winning Post offer great food and company. The pool bar was good to and plenty of bars and restaurants right outside the complex. There was a mini market on site and ideal for the odd carton of milk but the large supermarket just a 2 minute walk away is much better value. The owner was very easy to deal with and keys were in a key box outside the apartment door and we were given the combination number plus a local contact in case of any problems - but had no problems during our stay and we will be booking again

Lovely apartment in a great complex.

This is a lovely apartment in a great complex with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The property was clean and as described in the details. The local contact, Janet was wonderful in supplying towels which we forgot, this was the only time we needed to contact her. The area has got plenty of shops and restaurants around and is just a short walk to the beaches. A taxi from the airport was reasonably priced and only took 15/20 mins. The service from the owner was excellent. Email replies were prompt and the directions and information sent was superb. I would thoroughly recommend this property and hope to return myself soon. Thank you very much.

Fantastic

The apartment and complex had everything we could have asked for. Garden City is close to everything and everyone was very friendly. The apartment was clean and tidy and well furnished - not luxury but for the price we paid we were more than happy there was even a Flat Screen TV for us to sit and watch British TV - which I did not expect. There were some really cheap places to eat out so we rarely cooked in the apartment but it had everything necessary for those odd days we ate in. There is a mini market on site but other than for odd and ends we went to the large supermarket 2 minute walk away. Try the Winning Post pub on the complex as the boy there are a real laugh. The apartment owner was very easy to deal with and sent us all the apartment information, key details and local contact very quickly. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

Great complex as close to everything

Just back after a great stay at Garden City which was a great complex for a family holiday as it was well run and not too noisy. There was even a kids club to keep the children occupied. This was the first time we had booked through a private owner and I was very impressed. The owner was extremely easy to deal with. The keys were in a key box outside the apartment and the owner supplied us with the code. We also had a contact number in case of any problems but we never needed to use this - we did meet Janet who looks after the apartments, (when she did a linen change) and she was very helpful offering suggestions of where to go etc. The apartment was clean and tidy and we felt offered fantastic value. There was lots to do at Garden City and the beach was just a short walk away. There were also plenty of bars, restaurants and shops right by the complex. The kids loved the Siam Water Park which was also just a short walk away. I would certainly recommend these apartments and this owner.

First time we have booked a holiday this way.The apartment is in a good location and has all you will need.As we were there early in season don't know how warm thae apartment would be in the high season and there is no air con so maybe stand alone fans would be good although the large balcony didn't get a lot of sun.The pool bar serves good food.There's a good supermarket about ten minutes away and there are plenty of places to eat out at night.First time we've been to Tenerife but would go back and we would book this apartment again.Had a great time and would reccomend booking this clean and very spacious apartment.

First time i have done self catering. This property is spacious and clean and has all the essentials you need. Although next time i may have to take a fan was quite hot at night. The site offers great facilities and nice staff. Thanks for renting me this property. Would definately stay again. Overall 10/10 couldnt fault it. :)
