Apartment located at Sa Riera beach, 5 minutes by car from the center of Begur. Costa Brava.
Capacity for 4 people.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. On the first floor of the building, there is a small restaurant. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a full bathroom with a bathtub (the bathroom is not renovated). Living-dining room with access to a pleasant terrace with views, open kitchen to the dining room, completely renovated with new appliances.
Unbeatable location.
There are stairs to access the apartment. No parking available.
The apartment has wifi available.
TV service is not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area.
Possibility of seasonal rental (6 or 9 months). Price upon request.
