Our holiday apartments are all located on the grounds of the former freight yard in the district of Herdern.
The location is close to the center and equipped with excellent infrastructure - with public transport almost to the front door.
In close proximity to motorway access and train station, with fitness center and shopping center & restaurants such. the Kantina.

Excellent stay in north side of Freiburg

Overall, we were incredibly pleased with our stay at this vacation apartment. Everything was clean and well maintained with modern interiors and appliances. The ceiling fan above our bed kept us cool despite the warm weather and no AC. Having the terrace was a nice plus. Keep in mind, the host will communicate via email, they don't really use the VRBO app for messaging. Only complaint was that one of our lights in the apartment didn't work.

Good short stay

We made a stop on our way to Europa Park and the apartment was as described but bedding was not very comfortable... And apartment seemed clean but we found a centipede in the kitchen. But the access to it was really easy with the keyboy.

– Unclean details, poorly maintained. Curtains loose. Noisy – open-window sleep impossible. Fridge loud/wobbly, some parts broken. Stove needs manual=not user-friendly. Lumpy pillows, blunt knives. Poor comms. Apt entered unannounced during absence. + Easy booking, no extra cost for 2nd guest. Central loc., shops nearby. Nicely furnished, mostly clean. Ceiling fan. Smooth check-in/out. Unverantwortlicher Verwalter, Bettwanzen auf Fotos deutlich sichtbar und Geruch stark wahrnehmbar!

VORSICHT Bettwanzen mindestens in Apartment 1, sehr wahrscheinlich noch mehr Zimmer betroffen. Der Verwalter sagt nicht die Wahrheit. Ich habe Fotos vom befallenen HolzBettrahmen, Steckdosen und Vorhängen und werde dies auch per Anwalt weiter bearbeiten. Der Gestank nach Bettwanzen und Chemikalien war abartig im Zimmer und die Putz-Mitarbeiterin bestätigte, dass der Verwalter trotz länger bestehender Bedenken das Zimmer weiter vermietet, anstatt es professionell behandeln zu lassen.

Ausgesprochen gut hat mir die Lage gefallen. Man ist schnell in der Innenstadt und gut mit dem ÖV angebunden. Die Wohnung hat sehr nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen und müsste renoviert werden. Das Bett war sauber, die restliche Wohnung hätte etwas besser geputzt sein können.

Wirklich schöne und saubere Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und unkompliziertem Einchecken.

Geschäfte, Bäcker und Restaurants in direkter Nähe, innenstadtnah mit 20 Minuten Fußweg. In der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird.

Saubere, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung

In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt in Freiburg benötigt. Die Einrichtung ist neu und praktisch. Lediglich der Deckenventilator ist etwas befremdlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Unterkunft. Klasse Terrasse, kleine Küche mit Kaffemaschine (Senseo), Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich "ums Eck". Straßenbahn keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Phantastische Matratze!!

Zentrale Lage, eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen auch für mehrere Nächte.

Super Appartement. Sehr zentral. Ein Staubsauger/Besen und etwas mehr Klopapier wäre gut. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vor allem Waschmaschine und Trockner sind von großen Vorteil.
