insgesamt gut
Die Lage der Wohnung stimmte nicht ganz mit dem Angebot überein, sie lag nicht auf dem St. Johanner Markt. Die Rosenstraße, wo die Wohnung letztendlich war ist etwa 3 zu Fuß min von dem St. Johanner Markt entfernt.
Der Hausflur hat im ersten Moment den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt, lange dunkle Flure trotz Rauchverbot im Gebäude kalter Rauchgeruch usw. Die Wohnung selbst war zweckmäßig möbliert und sehr sauber, keinerlei Beanstandung.
Hausmeister und der Verwalter waren innerhalb ihrer Arbeitszeiten immer zu erreichen und ausgesprochen hilfsbereit.
Insgesamt zu empfehlen.
