The Accommodation
Maison 1901 is a boutique guesthouse with authentic character. Here, the charm of a historic building meets modern comfort—deliberately unique rather than boringly generic. We purchased the city villa, built in 1901, in 2025 and have since been transforming it with great attention to detail into a special place for anyone looking for more than just standard accommodations.
In this historic setting, you’ll move into a stylish, fully equipped two-room apartment that offers you maximum independence. The stately rooms exude the authentic atmosphere of a historic building, featuring wonderfully high ceilings, beautiful stucco, large windows, and original hardwood floors, all combined with our distinctive design concept. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a cozy bedroom, a separate living room (with a comfortable sleeper sofa), a private, fully equipped kitchen, and your own private bathroom.
The shared kitchen and the large communal dining room are, of course, also at your disposal.
