The Deluxe Apartment is the largest apartment in Laurel House and is located on the ground floor. The Deluxe Apartment is accessed from the communal hallway of the building. Guests enter into the spacious separate living room. From the living room guests can use the private hallway to access the kitchen and the bedroom. The bedroom of this stunning one bedroom apartment has the added benefit of an ensuite bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The large kitchen of the apartment has the added benefit of a separate dining table.

Each apartment in Laurel House benefits from a Smart HDTV, workspace with convenient sockets, free wifi, washing/drying machine and warm lighting. The large bedrooms benefit from comfortable double beds, Egyptian cotton linen, blackout curtains and bluetooth speaker sockets. The kitchens in each apartment are equipped with a kettle, toaster, cooking appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Each bathroom is equipped with high pressured power showers and movement sensor lighting. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, breakfast cereals, milk and mini toiletries are also supplied as part of a welcome pack to all new arrivals.
